K&F CONCEPT 5000mAh Fast Charging Battery Handle for Osmo Pocket 3/4, Power Grip with 20W, Wireless Mic Direct Connection, 1/4

This is a great value battery for your Osmo Pocket, and it's capacity is HUGE! I got nearly 40 extra minutes of filming off of this battery compared to the DJI battery handle. I like the extra grip it provides my meaty hands over the shorter DJI battery. I do wish that the clasp release was similar to the original, which releases with a push of the front button, but instead this one makes you squeeze the sides, which gets a little cumbersome comparitively.
It easily packs in nearly the same space, obviously just a little longer, and it charges quickly with a good charger. The texture is slightly different than the original, but it doesn't look "off" on the camera. It has earned its place in my daily carry camera bag.

Made by K&F CONCEPT this is a very well made 5000mAh Battery Handle for the DJI Osmo Pocket 3 and Pocket4.

I make a lot of videos for YouTube and Instagram, and I have been using my DJI Osmo Pocket 3 cameras solidly for the last year or so. I have the official battery handle, and it works great and has a capacity of 950mAh. This handle from K&F Concept ups the battery capacity in a huge way, up to 5000mAh! So yes, this K&F spare battery takes my already excellent little cameras and makes them even better and longer lasting, for my longer shooting days.

The biggest thing here is the extra battery life. With the built-in 5000mAh battery in this handle, I am always impresses when I am checking the battery percentage. When I am filming product review videos, filming on location or around town, covering an event, or capturing B-roll, it's always impressive to know I have plenty of power available.

The handle also makes the Pocket camera comfortable to hold. The grip provides balance and control, especially during longer handheld shots. It gives my DJI Osmo Pocket 3 cameras a more substantial feel without taking away from their portability.

The 20W fast charging is amazing too! It keeps my downtime to a minimum and it is perfect for creators like me who are moving between locations and need to get back to filming quickly.

The 1/4-inch tripod thread on the bottom makes it easy to mount my camera on a tripod, selfie stick, or other accessories without needing extra adapters.

Build quality is exactly what I've come to expect from K&F Concept. I have so many camera products and accessories from K&F, and they have really become a go-to solid name brand for me. They have made so many accessories for my DJ Osmo Pocket 3 cameras, including a couple different designs of protective cases that I have, and lens filters and ND filters too. Everything feels solid with this battery handle...it is well-machined, and well designed to fit my Pocket cameras. The smart temperature management is great too, and helps provide confidence for me during my longer filming sessions.

My Pocket Cameras recognize the battery too (unlike some other spare batteries that I have) and the camera displays the amount of power that I have left (as you can see in my pictures) in this handle battery. Perfect! 5 stars.

Basically, if you run a DJI Osmo Pocket 3 on a long road trip, the internal battery will inevitably leave you hanging right as the light gets good. I chucked this third-party charging handle into my already cramped rucksack for a weekend away, fully expecting a bit of a budget-feeling compromise. It’s actually surprisingly solid. You clip the camera in, and suddenly you’ve got a reassuring, slightly weightier base that genuinely makes handheld panning feel more grounded in the hand.

The absolute lifesaver here is the charging reality. You don’t need to pack a proprietary dock or hunt for a specific adapter. It takes any standard USB-C charger you already own, drawing power quickly and without a fuss. I was able to juice it right from my dashboard using the exact same cable I use for my phone while driving between locations. It's functional, the plastic casing doesn't quite match DJI's premium aesthetic, but the tactile click when it locks into the camera is deeply satisfying. Oddly enough, the slightly chunkier base means it wedges perfectly into a standard van cup holder, making it brilliant for lazy dashboard timelapses while you top up the battery on the go.

The Verdict
If you own a Pocket 3 (or are holding out for the 4) and film away from wall sockets, this is a total no-brainer. It’s priced brilliantly, highly utilitarian, and keeps the camera rolling without adding to your cable clutter. If you only shoot five-minute clips in your living room and obsess over keeping your setup featherlight, you can probably skip it. For anyone working in the real world, it simply does the job.

As someone who uses a DJI Pocket 3 for content creation, I was excited to try this battery handle. One of the biggest limitations of compact cameras is battery life, especially during longer recording sessions, and this accessory helps solve that problem.

If you use your Pocket camera a lot, this is one of those accessories that quickly becomes part of the setup. It gives you a much better grip, adds extra battery life, and lets you keep filming without constantly worrying about charging. It fits securely, feels solid in the hand, and doesn't add too much bulk. I've taken it on several outings already and now keep it attached most of the time. Very useful accessory if you shoot a lot of video with your Pocket

This battery handle adds a real boost in runtime for the Osmo Pocket 3. It holds more than twice the power of the original DJI grip, which means a lot more shooting time before you need to plug in again. The tradeoff is length. Because the battery cell inside is bigger, the handle sticks out further than the stock one, and that extra length makes the whole setup a little less pocketable. For me, that small loss in portability is worth it for not having to stop and recharge every hour or two.

The one issue that caught me off guard is the button on top. It looks just like the button on the original DJI battery, the kind that both checks battery level and releases the pack when you press and hold it. On this K&F handle, that same looking button only checks the battery level. It does not release the pack at all. To take the battery off, you have to work it out by hand, which takes more fiddling than it should. If you are someone who swaps batteries quickly between shots, this slows you down more than you would expect from something this small.

Outside of that one design choice, the handle works the way it should with the Osmo Pocket 3. Charging is fast, and being able to plug in through USB-C while still recording or transferring files is genuinely useful when you are out shooting for long stretches and do not want to break your workflow.

For anyone shooting longer sessions, interviews, or travel videos where charging breaks are not convenient, this handle solves the battery life problem well. Just go in knowing that battery swaps will take a bit more time and a bit more patience than they did with the original DJI battery.

Several companies are selling battery handles for the Osmo Pocket camera and K&F is one of them.

From my early use with it, the 5000mAh power supply buys me a lot of extra time for recording, which is great if I'm recording a long form piece--like a live music concert or theater performance.

Its USB-C connection works not just for power transfer, but for data as well, which means I can connect USB-C mic or wireless mic through the battery handle and the Pocket 3 will recognize it (as you'll see in the attached video). I'm not sure how often I'd need this--as I already have a wireless mic that's paired with my Pocket 3 the came with the Creator's Combo. But it's definitely something not found on all battery handles.

My one complaint--and one some other reviewers of this product have mentioned--is that I can't use the attached push button to disconnect the handle from the Pocket 3. It's only there to check the battery status. Also, when I attach the battery handle to the Pocket 3, it doesn't have that same definitive "SNAP" sound you get when you connect the DJI OEM battery handle. That snap sound gives me the assurance that the battery handle is connected securely and I can count on the handle and Pocket 3 staying together until I am ready to separate them.

That last caveat is the reason I gave the K&F 4 stars and not five. Also, I can't speak to the long term reliability and durability of this after market battery handle, but I'm hoping for the best. (If I learn otherwise, I'll be sure to let you know.)

This battery handle turned out to be an excellent accessory for the Osmo Pocket and quickly became one of those "why didn't I get this sooner?" additions to my kit.

Its primary purpose is extending shooting time, and it does that exceptionally well. The extra capacity means I spend less time worrying about battery levels and more time actually filming. For longer outings, events, or travel days, that added endurance is a huge advantage.

Overall, I found this to be a great investment for anyone using an Osmo Pocket regularly. If you've ever wished for more shooting time without constantly watching the battery indicator, this accessory delivers exactly that. Nice higher capacity battery for my osmo pocket 3. K&F just keeps making good accessories at great prices.

Hace unos meses ya, adquirí por fin una cámara DJI Osmo Pocket, pero la versión sencilla que no viene con todos los accesorios, aunque sabía que tarde o temprano tendría que adquirir batería extra para tener más duración de grabación.

Y ésta batería me gustó mucho, ya que comencé a saber de ésta marca K&F a través de los filtros para lentes y que han presentado buenos productos, y éste no iba a ser la excepción.
Para comenzar, me gustó que incluyera una pequeña tarjeta de presentación de la marca lo cual considero un buen detalle.
El manual de instrucciones es bastante legible, con una impresión y papel de buena calidad y esto también habla mucho de la marca y del producto mismo.
Incluyó también su cable USB-C para poder cargar la batería.

En cuanto a la batería lo que más me gustó es su capacidad de carga, ciertamente es una batería de mayor longitud a comparación del "Battery Handle" original, pero eso no me preocupa en lo más mínimo, ya que su capacidad de carga es realmente notoria 5000mAh, ya que la original está por ahí de entre los 950-1000mAh si mal no recuerdo, y podemos pensar que puede estar brindando en teoría hasta 5 veces más que la original, por lo menos 4 veces más carga.

Su potencia de carga es de 20W para cargar el Pocket 3.
También su puerto USB-C, no sólo sirve para cargar la batería sino también funge como transferencia de datos, ya sea que se quiera utilizar un micrófono wireless USB-C, o conectar una luz-Led, o inclusive el mismo celular.

También es importante mencionar que tiene la rosca de 1/4" en su base para poderlo colocar en un tripié o en alguna montura.

Esta batería trae 4 luces Led indicadoras del nivel de batería y también para mostrar cuanto lleva cargado.
No he tenido problemas de compatibilidad con la cámara, y ésta funcionando bastante bien. Así que puedo estarla usando mientras recibe la carga desde ésta batería y así extendiendo los tiempos de grabación. Realmente me ha sido muy útil.
