fantastic camera
This is a great camera and support was outstanding. We also own a Stealth brand Camera and this turns circles around it. We have a critter highway in our backyard at night and the tree line behind these Elk is 210 ft away. I have numerous videos of deer and bear walking out of the brush line at night that's how sensitive this camera is and the side sensors really make a difference when the animals are on the run. Tech support was great when I was having an issue when using Lithium batteries and they took care of it. Great night time videos and fantastic daylight too. The mic even picks up the sound of raindrops hitting the camera case. There is almost zero lag time between videos when set @ 0 seconds where my Stealth would miss what happened waiting to start the next clip. Great camera you can't go wrong with this one. The only negatives I can state is it's really tough to get the batteries out of the battery compartment and every time you switch the power off you have to reset the time or it reverts back to 1/1 if you like to use a date stamp.

It is doing a fine job
I really like the camera and the menu system is easy to use. I just sent another camera back because of the difficult software. I've own 7 or 8 cameras and know my way around them.Trail cameras don't have a long life, and I got the insurance this time.All my cameras had no-glow lighting, but it is obvious that kitties know when the light is on. I've seen evidence over and over. Hope this helps someone.

Houston, we've Got a Probl...Coyotes
I am redoibg my backyard & currently have no fence. I also have a chihuahua that used to have free reign of the backyard when the 6' wood fence was up. I knew there were critters, I could hear them, but assumed they were maybe raccoons as the safer option as far as being confrontational & hunting my dog. So I ordered this hoping to find out what was lurking. I got some type of cat, it looks too large to be a housecat, too small to be a cougar, still not sure, but this is definitely a coyote. It has many options & pictures are super clear considering I have no lights on at night out back. Definitely recommend!!

Works great – quality images
I bought a reversing camera made by the same company, which I was very pleased with – so I was not surprised by the great quality of the images captured by this clever device. Easy to use, weatherproof etc, and good value for what it can do. My only gripe was that out takes so many batteries, and needs an SD card – so I had to buy these separately. The battery thing can be got around by plugging in the adapter, I think – but that was no good for me. Anyway, very pleased overall.

Impressive features and exciting to see what visits your garden
A fine camera!I don't even want to THINK what a camaraderie like this one might have cost a few short years ago. It would certainly have been beyond the means of all but the true enthusiastic amateur. Nowadays however, we can all be at the centre of the photography world.The quality of the pictures is outstanding. I was looking for urban foxes at nighttime and I could make out tiny differences in colour, expression and even texture from 10 yards away.My wildlife albumn is growing and I'm thoroughly enjoying it, thanks to this camera.

GOOD QUALITY BUT NOT PERFECT
This camera is a decent dash cam style recorder that you can leave outside and it will record for a while subject to the memory card being used. It claims 16MP but I do not think the quality is as good as mentioned.I have used the camera outside in the garden to monitor the situation we have with foxes that are interfering with the habitat our cats and one dog have in the garden to see where they are coming from. For this purpose it has been great as we have now been able to take the preventative measures it needs for us to have a better garden life.I feel kind of bad for the family of foxes but they have taken too many liberties now. One time i left some food for them in a bowl and they stole the bowl. the cheek! Since then we have fallen out and now I have a means to leave the camera on whilst I am at work and it is really cool to review this.the operation is quite easy as long as you are adequate at taking files off of a card and saving files and editing videos if you want,

Loved it
Got this to watch the fox cubs that came the beginning of summer and having this was sooo much fun seeing what they got up to. I got about 300 vids before the memory stopped (I am not very technical so maybe you could get more) Clear images unless they moved very fast then they were just a blurr on photos but the video was fine and changed from night vision to day as it should. Transfered to laptop to see bigger images as I found the actual unit to small to view. Very happy with this and would recommed it.

Good fun for amateur wildlife watchers!
Firstly I was delighted at how easy this was to set up. You do need a memory card. I am also very happy to say that so far it has worked perfectly no matter what the weather has been doing. Since putting this up it has rained very heavily, been frosty and even snowed a little the other night and still it has clicked away and given great results.Although it was originally gotten to take pictures of wildlife that venture into the garden, such as birds, foxes etc. It has also captured a couple of photos of rats and where they appear to be living so a bonus to be able to tackle that too.I have been delighted with the quality of pictures and would definitely recommend this to anyone thinking of buying one.

Really great camera, especially in daylight
(The attached image is cropped way down, not the full frame)Great camera, especially in daylight, but it also works well in the dark (out to maybe 80 feet, after that it falls off pretty hard). In daylight its good generally, it does suffer with harsh contrast, try to place it such that the light is fairly even in the scene.Don't get fooled into caring that it can do big megapixels.. it doesn't matter.. The quality of the lens is such that anything over about 4mp is wasting space on your card... I can not see the difference between 4mp and 16mp - it simply doesn't have fine enough optics for that kind of sensor resolution to matter.Just the same, it takes pretty good photos considering what it is and the price.Motion detection is very good, doesn't false too much (if there is water in the scene all bets are off!).. Motion detection at night is really good, very few falses.Can't be beat for the price.. Simple, reliable and not too expensive.

Good quality for price.
Am pleased with this camera. Like any new gadget it takes a while to sort out how it works but once it is set up it works very well. Uses rechargeable batteries which last different lengths of time depending on how many times it is triggered. I only put it out at night so the batteries have been lasting a few nights between charges.
