Small, handy charger that's easy to carry around
This small battery charger for Canon (LP-E12) is very practical because it is USB, compact and very light, to take it everywhere. You just need to have a USB socket available to charge 2 batteries together. This can be done on the mains with a dedicated USB power supply, but also via a power bank on the move, when you have no other energy source available.
This K&F Concept charger also comes with 2 LP-E12 type batteries from the K&F brand, but you can charge other batteries of the same type if you wish.
Small reservation on my test: the USB cable delivered in the box was faulty, with a bad contact on the USBC side making the charge inoperative (I wondered what was wrong at the beginning of the test!). Not a big deal today because we all have a USB-USBC cable in stock somewhere at home. By the way, the charger can use either a micro-USB port or a USBC, we are well within the most common standards and USBC becoming the norm, it is good that it is there.
The charger indicates by a red light the charge in progress and a green light when it is charged.
Used in testing on a Canon M50, everything goes well with the K&F batteries. The capacity of these K&F batteries is given at 1100mAh, which is more than the original Canon LP-E12 (875mAh). The autonomy seems good for now. To see in time if it maintains.
