Update 01/01/2025: video of issue added. Maybe it's just my bag but I've come across a very annoying design flaw. The webbing used on all the straps is slick so the slightest pressure causes the straps to loosen. This is especially true for the straps which hold the quick access flap, they're literally useless. For the sling strap this creates an irritating cycle of the strap loosening easily, but requiring effort to re-tighten. I like the bag but that's quite frustrating. I'm going to sew the straps near the buckles so they physically can't loosen anymore. The bag deserves 5 stars, the straps I give 2 they're awful.

Looking at the reviews before buying I chose the hardshell version. Honestly the regular version is a bit cheap looking, I think it's worth the extra money to get this one. Although only the two front plates are hardened. I haven't put all my gear in it but it definitely all fits. If you're traveling by plane to go shoot a wedding this probably isn't the bag for you but it's a fantastic bag for the local photographer heading to an outdoor portrait session. This bag has a side pouch to mount my light stand and I can clip my collapsible softbox to the carrying handle. I really like that I can carry my camera and off camera flash setup, it's all I need to take some great photos!
