Works well. Pairs well with newer Canon RF lenses. Wish it was magnetic.
It pairs well naturally with a Canon 28-70 F2 and a 200-800 lens. Rotating it is easy but there is a stiffness to it. The CPL affect is there but it's not perfect. Compared to some other cpls I've recently tested, this one allowed a lot more passthrough of highlights compared to the others. It's a color shifted passthrough also which does show up on the final result. It's not the worst CPL I've tested, but it isn't perfect.
Do wish this was magnetic. Won't knock anything off from it because it's not meant to be magnetic, but magnetic filters are so useful.
On the Canon RF 200-800 lens this is a great filter. To bad the lens hood doesn't have a way to reach into it to turn the filter.
