Good but...
Overall you can never had enough ND filters and variable NDs are always handy...but while it's convenient to have 2-1 or 3-1 filters...I still want JUST A ND filter in my bag...so I question how much space this saves as I don't want to be forced into black diffusion if I'm on the road and really need ONLY an ND filter...so I carry both...but that defeats the purpose of saving space and fuddling in your bag for the right filter.
It's subtle at a 1/4 diffusion but still not too keen on having it baked in and would prefer 1/8th to consider using as a main variable ND to "live" with black diffusion even when not needed.
