Theres only one thing I miss about my Canon battery chargers - the fact that it plugs directly into the wall and can go anywhere.

And that's the only thing.
These batteries (for Lumix) are cheaper and last longer and you can do two at a time, as long as you have a place to plug them in.

You have to dangle the charger or have a long USB C or just plug them in on the ground somewhere.
And I already do all of those things.

The real backstory here is that Canons R5 Mark ii requires $80 first party batteries that only charge one at a time in the native chargers.

And these Lumix batteries have no compromise. They last longer, you charge 2 at a time
And they are $40 FOR TWO OF THEM. That's effectively 1/4 of the price with 100% of the performance.

If there was a version that plugged into a wall directly so I didn't have to find a surface, I'd give that 5 stars even at 2x the price.
But I give 5 stars because for the price you just can't beat them, and I retain full functionality with no compromise.

I've only had them for about 1 month, so I may update with a 5 year review some day. But until then-
