It works well for those that know how to use it.
This is fantastic. I am really enjoying having an adjustable gradient filter, rotating polarization filter, and uv filter all in one lens. The polarization filter isn't supposed to dramatically change the image, it just cuts out glare and reduces shine. So don't expect it to. If you are unfamiliar with these types of filters, do some research and learn how to use them, they will make your pictures look much better if you ise them right.
