Aftersales excellent!
Had a problem with my backpack with just over a month of use because the shoulder strap stitching failed and I was very disappointed. My disappointment was short lived as on reading my previous review the K&F aftersales team swiftly contacted me saying it was from a bad batch and sent me a replacement. I would feel confident buying products from this company again as they take customer satisfaction seriously if there are any problems with purchases. I would highly recommend!
