The filter comes in a very elegant packaging with a magnetic closure and also has a small plastic box for transport. The filter can be easily screwed on and off the lens , estimated at the maximum setting 3-4 full f-stops. You can see the effect best in backlight or strong contrasts in the subject, I'm looking forward to testing the filter in the midday sun in summer.

As a photographer I'm always looking for ways to save weight, then save money. Being a longtime Lee Filters user I was skeptical about changing to a product half the price and always heard bad things about circular variable ND's. Man I was shocked by how good this product is.
