At first glance it seems to be of excellent quality but I don't have the Sony A7 S3 yet so I don't know how it works yet.

As the title says, this is the classic M42 -> E-Mount adapter, it has no difference compared to the Neewer one, only that the orange color matches perfectly with my A7M3 so I bought it just for the fun of having everything matched. It is built entirely of metal and in a month and a half of use it has not had any problems with rings, paintwork of any kind. Personally I use it combined with a Helios 44/2, Jupiter 200mm f4 and a Tair 3AS 300mm and it does its job, including focusing at infinity
