Since a single plate on my Rollei tripod was not enough for me when using a DSLR, telephoto lens and cell phone holder, I now got these two replacement plates. All I can say is: AWESOME SH*** The plates are cleanly processed, the rubbers are firmly glued, the thread has no flaws and everything fits perfectly on the tripod's ball head. Everything is made of metal and seems very robust. The purchase is therefore a clear win-win-win-win situation. With such replacement plates, there is no reason to buy overpriced original parts.

I had lost the removable plate of my Sirui tripod, needed a replacement and gasped when I saw how much the original part cost... To charge such a price for such a bit of aluminum profile and a (also bad) retaining screw is more than that outrageous. Luckily I came across this removable plate - inexpensive, a perfect fit, stable and with a sensible screw and not a cheap thing that you have to tighten with a hexagon socket and then was knocked out in a very short time. A disgrace for the expensive "premium" manufacturer... And then two pieces for this price - unbeatable.

A substantial build and 360º of adjustment. Not a very smooth action, but ideal for a static setup.

The product is close to the orginal but the fit is slightly off. The fit could be better but it works. Just have to make sure you tighten on tripod very well before moving.
