It was fun to play with while taking pictures and felt and looked great. I'm really excited to put it in my camera bag and look forward to trying more in the future!

The filter arrived today. I didn't want to spend much and I was very satisfied, I often photograph landscapes and this filter makes all the difference when it comes to the overexposed part of a photo.

I am a very amateur photographer who loves to take nature and landscape photography. This lens filter really added a nice depth to the sky, especially the clouds in my unedited photos! It offers a nice contrast between the different cloud layers. It comes with a nice hard plastic case for protection and was super easy to screw up. My only complaint is that there are no markers around the edge of the filter to help you line it up. You need to look at the gradient on the filter yourself to make sure it doesn't end up in the wrong position (see image 2!). In my 2nd picture you can see where I had to rotate the filter 90 degrees. But just fix it! The 3rd picture is with filter, the 4th picture without. You can see, how much richer the sky looks with the filter! Overall I'm very happy with this filter and love using it on sunny days with clouds in the sky for instant extra depth and richness!

This is a great filter to start with the landscape and learn how to use GNDFs. Performance is at or slightly above expectations at this price point.

As you can see from the Amazon page, this graduated gray filter is really great for sunsets. The sky is relatively bright, the foreground a bit dark. Without a filter, the meter will measure sunlight and the dark areas will be washed out. With a solid neutral density filter, the foreground is too dark. A graduated neutral density filter blocks some of the sunlight but allows the foreground to appear normal.

My D810 takes great pictures...but has always suffered from overexposed skies. I use Lightroom and Photoshop but just wanted to get a better result with RAW files. Got this cheaper filter from K&F and I have to say I'm very happy with it. Easy to use and the density is just right. Not too much or too little. Great filter and great price!
