Very suitable for taking pictures of silky water. Good quality glass and threads are essential for any serious photographer.

I use this filter for video to keep the correct shutter speed regardless of the aperture. A variable filter is of course perfect for this, I can't see any loss of sharpness or the like, but as expected there is a slight, barely noticeable color cast, which you can easily correct on the camera if you want.

I am satisfied with the filter, only the box could be a bit smaller if you order a 55mm
