I like that it does exactly what it says it does and after the initial set up and experimenting with different time lapses, photograph settings,distances etc. it is incredibly simple and quick to use. The sensors are incredibly sensitive, needs setting up in a clearing as every blade of grassroots moving very slightly will set it off, this hadn't occurred to me.

Bought 2 of these for placing at various animal trails around my local area.Have attached some images taken with them,nice and clear, both in photo mode and video capture mode.Plenty of diffrent settings to choose from,including timelapse which lets you capture wider areas outwith the sensor's trigger range. Lots of diffrent image/video quality settings to choose from also.Can hold 8 AA batteries, though it does run on 4. So buy an 8 pack of rechargables and swap them out. Combine this with a tablet/phone with sd card reader and i never have to bring my cameras home.I have never used any other trail cameras to compare with, but i have no faults with this one.

Amazing value for money, fantastic quality of video and sound. Would recommend to anyone as a great starter level wildlife camera.

I bought this cam as a birthday present for myself. It came with the necessary SD card, so once I installed the batteries I ordered at the same time, I was ready to go.I've used it mainly in my garden and it has revealed a fair amount of wild-life, including the fox in the picture. I have also used it in time lapse mode to create movies, for example, of the tidal flow in a nearby bay.The battery life is very good.After a couple of months, the camera stopped working but the company sent me a more modern version - great service!

The sound is very low there is no ajustment for it

Thought I would buy on the recommendations before. Very disappointed with the trail cam! It does NOT record sound at all either play back on unit or via laptop/Ipad. Contacted Crenova service who asked for file recordings, I sent these to them, they then asked if sound was turned on??????? of course it was! E-mails back and forth without a solution from them. When I asked for a replacement unit that worked that was the last contact I had from them, no answers to my e-mails. Would I buy from them again NO.Picture quality is ok but for the price there are better options out there."UPDATE" The seller has been in touch with me and offered me a replacement updated camera or a full refund. I chose the updated camera as I was happy with the quality of the picture and video, but a shame about the sound quality on the first product. I think this is worth giving them a chance as I do understand sometimes a product can be faulty. As this seller has come up with a satisfactory solution, I have updated the star rating to 3. I will happily update the review when the replacement camera arrives.UPDATE!!!!!!! You guest it the second camera has no sound at all......Very disappointed as the pic/video quality is actually very good. However when reviewing the video and it has no sound defeats the point of trying to capture what is happening out there!!!! Yes all settings have been verified but it does not do what it should. M

This is a cleverly designed camera which works very well. I like the flexibility of it. The instructions could be clearer
