"I can confirm that this K&F Concept EF-EOS R adapter worked flawlessly with two Canon EF lenses (100mm Macro 2.8 L IS and 24-70 2.8 L II) on a Canon RP. As you can see in the photos above, the adapter transmits all relevant EXIF data, such as the lens name, focal length, aperture, etc., as well as the AF point or selected AF area. Subjectively, I can't detect any difference in speed compared to using it on the 5D Mark III.
It's quite stiff to mount, which was a little irritating. I assume the attached tripod mount is removable because of the screws, but I don't have the right tool. The English and Chinese instructions are silent on this point.

This adapter enables me to use lenses I bought in the late seventies for canon ae1 and the a1 on my eos rp. Amazed how the old glass works so well, but only on manual which doesn't bother me at all
. Even the nifty fifty which I can now attach all my old cokin filters .Very pleased.

Congratulations K&F a wonderfully built product and of excellent quality. Trying the FD135mm F2:8 out on the Canon R and blown away with the quality of the photo with a manual focus lens built around 1980.

Seems very solid, autofocus works quickly and reliably on my XT30ii with Sigma 18-35. I can recommend it - especially for the price.

Betrayed by the age and weight of the bodies and lenses, I bought a lighter and more modern Sony body. The Canon 28-105 USM was a faithful companion, so I can keep it thanks to this adaptor ring.
