K&F Concept C/Y (Contax/Yashica) SLR Lens Mount to Sony E Camera Body Adapter Ring, matte lacquer, C/Y-E FIT ART
SKU: KF06.514
I bought this adapter to mount it on a Sony case (the 6700) and use the Tokina lens (ATX I) in manual mode.

Quality is fantastic, mounts feel very secure.
I use this to attach my Canon 50mm 1.8 onto my Sony A7S II. Obviously focus is all manual, but with the A7S II‘s focus peaking system I actually like nailing in my focus manually for a change.
Something to note is that if you do have a lens like the 50mm 1.8 which does not have an aperture ring, like some vintage lenses you see may have, you will have to set your aperture on a canon DSLR first and then attach it to your other camera system. This means if you plan on changing aperture on a shoot you'll have to bring along your canon camera. Personally, I just leave mine wide open at 1.8 because if I'm using that lens it's because I'm looking for that depth of field.

Bought to use vintage manual M42 lenses adapted to EF on my Sony A7iii. The K&F Concept EF to Nex adapter works perfectly. It has a nice firm connection to the camera body and all of my EF adapted lenses fit very well. Lenses focus as they should.Worth £25 to be able to use vintage lenses on a digital body.

Fitted a micro-Nikkor 55mm 2.8 to the a6000...and what a great combination as a portable tele or portrait camera...this lens is so sharp and a bargain if you can find one. The convertor obviously means you adjust the aperture ring and shutter speed manually and use focus peaking on the camera. It seems to back-focus a bit so bear that in mind and make sure the focus colour is showing in front of your subject as well as on your subject. The Adapter is well made and will help bring some of your old glass to life on a mirrorless camera. And by the way, there are some real mirrorless bargains to be had now.
Don‘t buy if you only have lenses with no aperture ring...not a fault, just a fact.
A couple of sample tele shots included....55mm on a crop sensor, so about 70mm focal length.

Read the reviews for the previous iteration & they were mixed.I took a punt at this knowing I could return it but I won’t be doing that.
I haven’t used it with the sun near the field of view yet, so I can’t say if the matte interior reduces flare.
Feels well made & at this price point I can buy one for each lens required.

K&F has created a very high quality lens, the materials are very good and resistant. I have tested it by mounting a Sigma 18-35 on a Canon EOS R series and it works wonderfully.

Super accurate adapter ring just sits perfectly.
