I previously had a Aluminium K&F tripod but I found it difficult to manage With my arthritic sausage fingers . So apart from the obvious stability requirement I was looking for a much easier mechanism to open up and adjust the tripod . I am sure there are much better Carbon fibre tripods out there but when you have a tight budget this tripod has it all, easy to use, solid enough for what I require and above all a in a good price range. I’m very happy with it as I have been with all K&F products that I have purchased.

I like using tripods when I'm taking photos at events. This tripod suits my needs very well. It comes with a carry case with short handles or a longer one that I can sling over my shoulder. The tripod height can be adjusted to your needs. The legs have a twist lock at are easy to extend and lock. The feet have a padded rubber that helps prevent the tripod from slipping. One of the legs can be removed to create an adjustable monopod. The top has a level. The metal ball head moves smoothly. The angle of the legs can easily be adjusted. I like that I can easily go from a wide base to a smaller base with easy.Overall this is a great tripod. It is lightweight and easy to set up and tear down.

Great tripod. Fairly well built for the money. Would recommend. I own many tripods. I would rate this 7 out of 10.

The title really says it all but let me break down the best features.1. Carbon fiber makes this tripod strong and VERY light weight. I was really surprised how light it was while still able to support both my Nikon Z7II or Z9 with a heavy duty L-bracket. Some travel tripods dump the weight by using thin legs or plastic hardware. This doesn't do either of those things!2. As mentioned, almost all the non-carbon fiber parts are metal or heavy duty rubber. No cheap plastics or other compromises that limit performance.3. One leg screws off so you can use it as a monopod eliminating the need to carry both when you're packing light.4. It comes with a good ball head. Yes, we all probably have a few of these laying around but in case you don't, this setup comes with a really nice one.5. Comes with a case to keep it protected.OK nothing is perfect and there are a few things I'd like to see improved on but they're all rather minor.1. I'd like both the tripod and the monopod to extend higher. I'm a taller human, I like my gear to extend to at least 6'6" and this is close but not quite there. If that doesn't matter to you, no big deal.2. I'd like a little more rigidity when the tripod is fully extended. This might not be a problem for many people, especially those with lighter gear. Both of my cameras as larger and heavier than most and I have them outfitted with larger pro L-brackets. All this makes them heavy but well within the stated limits.Overall at this price point you're going to be REALLY challenged to find a better tripod for travel use than this one. I'm really happy with it and I'll be using it as my primary travel tripod for the foreseeable future.

Great compact tripod where the legs fold inwards for a smaller design. The leg heights are secured by twisting the lock for each length. I'm happy that this is compatible with my Peak Design's Arca plate so now I can use the clutch without removing it for the tripod. The ball head design is great cause it allows you to set the camera at any angle, including portrait shots. It is nice and sturdy and I am comfortable using it with my other equipment without any fear of it tipping over.

I do a lot of landscape photography, and while shutter speeds often allow hand-holding, there‘s a distinct, visible advantage to tripod-mounting your camera. Not only does it reduce vibration, it also allows different shutter speeds to be used without risk of camera shake for flowing water, for example. I have several tripods, some sturdier (and hence heavier) than others, and usually have a mid-weight tripod in my car. This K&F Concept tripod is what I would consider mid-weight, at 1.8kg, yet it is sturdier than I expected for that weight.
The tripod is made of carbon fibre, which gives it strength without too much weight, and it looks good! The tripod comes with a metal ball mounting head that will support cameras up to 16kg. At first, I thought the tripod would be more suited to videography, but using it for photography with my Nikon Z-series and a big telephoto lens, I think it works for both quite well. It extends out to 68 inches height, and can work as both a tripod and a monopod. Not all photographers like ball heads (they have their advantages and disadvantages) and I did replace the ball head with a three-axis head for a while, but I kinda like the ball head on this tripod.

I've been using the tripod for a couple of weeks so far, and I like it. It doesn't weigh much, so is easy to move with me in a shoulder bag, and it has proven to be a solid mount so far. I like the look of the tripod, too. It is not a cheap tripod, and there are competing models on the market, but the combination of carbon fibre and easy of portability makes this a tripod to use every day.
