55mm ND2-ND400 Variable Filter (1-9 Stop), 24 Layers of Nano-coating, K&F Concept Nano-Dazzle Series
SKU: KF01.2357
Most ND filters are 1-4 stops or 2-8 stops this is 1-9 stops which gives a greater range when trying to control the sun. This is a high quality filter, I use it on my expensive cinema lens and there's no noticeable color shift or x pattern when using it at high values. I really wish it had IR Pollution control but for this price you can't complain. The variable wheel is smooth and precice and has markings so you can clearly see how much ND you're using

I'm no pro but as a an experienced hobbyist, this is about a perfect sweet spot for me in value. I like having an ND filter as part of my kit but it's also not something I'm using super regularly so I'm not really willing to commit to one of the very expensive high end ones.
I would say that if you are only going to use it at lower density, you may want to consider just gettting a non-adjustable filter at the preferred strength. If you need the stronger filtering though or think you'd benefit from multiple different settings, this is a great value to be able to take the shots you want without needing to spend hundreds on multiple different ND filters.
I have a variety of filters and I guess I'd put this as comparable to the nicer hoya filters in quality level but that's based on informal testing and just general quality of the machining, etc. It's not quite up to B+W quality levels but it's also not junk.
It's well machined and seems to not negatively affect the picture from informal testing, I have yet to do any formal test shots that I can definitively compare. The adjustment is very nice and seems to match the range as advertised. As mentioned in other reviews, there are no hard stops on the adjustment and it's doubtful that the markings line up exactly with the different levels, I think there's going to be a lot of guesswork involved if you're using it in a way that you need to know exactly what density it's set to.
I reccomend getting the largest size you potentially need to cover all your lenses and then finding some cheap step-down rings on amazon to adapt it to the needed size, that way you have more flexibility in your shooting without needing multiple sets of filters.

This filter will allow you to polish your pics and create nice long exposures. It fits my Sony 100-400 G master lens perfectly and saves me to carry a least 3 filters. It can be a little tricky while adjusting but make sure you take some test shots to determine the proper settings for it. An intervalometer or a camera that have a build one is a must have for best results.

With a really wide lens, the "X" starts to creep in just north of half way as seen in the video. Still useful as long as you're aware of its limitations.

I am not a professional photographer but I like to take a lot of pictures when I travel. This filter provides an easy convenient way to lighten your load if you need to. Rather than carry a filter set, this filter provides several solutions in one.
This flawlessly mounted onto the end of my Canon lens. There are no hard click stops but I still found this easy to use. Given that this provides convenience, I do not expect perfection in this filter. I like that I can carry one filter that provides options instead of carrying a set.
So far, I found no major issues with this filter, but again, I am rather new at this. It worked well for my pictures but I am sure that over time, I will find a few issues as others have, once I get better at using this in varying situations.

I love this product! It is something I was looking for to increase my creative options. This is a great filter that allows me to adjust the amount of light that enters my lens. It is easy to use, durable and well-made. I read some complaints about the filter threads not lining up, I don't have any issues with the 82mm.
This filter gives me the creative freedom to shoot in different lighting conditions and achieve stunning effects. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to take their photography to the next level at a low price.

The quality of this lens filter was shockingly good. It came packaged in a hard plastic carrying case along with a soft padding inside. Towards the highest stops, the consistently of the quality becomes somewhat unusable, but for the price your paying, you do get great bang out of your buck. I highly recommend this, especially if it goes on sale!

The first thing that struck me is how well this felt on my lens. The edges of the filter are nicely knurled, so it's extremely easy to grip and turn. Also, the filter is nicely dampened. It turns really smoothly, with just the right amount of resistance, and there's zero grittiness to be found. In terms of sharpness, I have no complaints. I haven't pixel-peeped, but a casual look shows that my images are nice and crisp. There is a slight color cast, I feel, but it's very minor, and easily corrected.
