The main advantage of this filter is the adapter ring and the filter itself adheres to the ring/lens magnetically. As to the performance of the filter itself, it works as you expect a polarizing filter to perform. The ability to place and remove the filter quickly is the main attraction to this kit and sets it apart from its screw-on/off counterparts. So far no issues with the optical quality of this filter. K&F is a go-to for me when looking at filters and this one is of the quality I have come to expect from them.

I have seen these magnetic filters being marketed for a while now, so decided to see if they are an improvement over the screw in types.

Bottom line...yes they are worth it.

The 'receiver' ring is quite thin. I would suggest you keep it attached to the filter when not in use...someplace safe. I think it could be bent fairly easily otherwise.
The knurling on the side could be deeper in my opinion, and why I gave it 4 stars over 5.

That being said, I really enjoyed using this filter. The polarization seemed nice and tight.
The convenience of slipping the filter on and off makes this special...it only takes a second to put on and off.

I will be looking for more mag filters from now on from K&F.

This filter feels well made out of quality materials. I see no visual anomalies physically on the filter, nor on the captured image. Colours, clarity, and sharpness are all as expected. Overall an excellently designed and executed product.

I really like the magnetic design of this CPL filter. The filter does reduce the incoming light by about one stop, so it is really nice to be able to pop it off real quick if you need that extra stop of light. I use it quite frequently and being able to remove it without having to screw it on and off each time is a pretty nice time saver. Also, K&F have other filters with this feature so you can hot swap between filters very easily without having to unscrew the magnetic ring section. It's a nice system they've designed. As far as the CPL goes. The image quality is great. Other than the loss of light, which is expected from this type of filter, there don't seem to be any other negative effects on the image. The glass is great quality. I've been using K&F filters for a while now and they all have been top notch. Great brand for photography accessories.

I recently received two K&F lenses. I've never used the brand before, although I have heard of them.
I decided to try it on and my my, its a great filter. No issues. Good for shooting through glass or water.
I think the price (very low) has held me back from the brand under the *false* assumption that their filters were less than. Turns out I wrong. They just have great filters at a great price!

I have never had a single issue with K&F lens filters...so when my decade old lens filter got scratched...I knew just where to go. Fast shipping as always, great quality, good crisp image...what's not to love? Will keep getting them.

I have to say that I am glad that I did, as the filter is very high quality and yet affordable. This filter features an aluminum filter frame, and multi-coated front and rear optical glass elements and comes with a magnetic filter mount.

The quality and workmanship of the filter were evident once we received and checked it. The filter glass remains clear and free from scratches, fingerprints, or any other marks, the magnetic mounting ring provides a secure connection to my lenses and does not move or vibrate, and the polarizer dial turns effortlessly. The leather storage pouch that comes with it is also a plus when it comes to maintaining the condition of the filter when not in use.

When I affixed and applied it during some of my photography sessions, particularly landscape ones, this filter performed perfectly in darkening skies, eliminating reflections, and boosting more saturation and contrast in my shots, just as an effective polarizer ought to. The multi-coatings also contribute in minimising flaring and enhancing transmission of light. Because the frame depth is virtually paper thin, it’s possible to stack them behind other filters with no loss of image clarity due to vignetting.

In summary, I am satisfied with the characteristics of this magnetic circular polarizer by K&F Concept. Using on my NIKKOR 70-200mm. No image quality degradation.
Strong magnet holds the filter well, and it's not coming off the lens when taking photo.
I have multiple K&F filters, and they are all good quality.
