Well, the truth is that there is not much to explain about this 5-in-1 reflector because it is not something innovative nor does it include anything substantially different from any other. If anything, it takes up very little space and weighs very little, so you can take it with you even as a "just in case" situation. The 80cm size is ideal for carrying and bringing, and for small scenes such as still lifes or for portraits and close-ups.
It has several interchangeable surfaces: gold, silver, white, black and translucent, which allows you to configure the light according to the needs of each shot. The reflector set is delivered in a simple plastic bag together with a multilingual leaflet that serves as instructions. The reflector itself is packed in a space-saving zippered cover.
The individual reflector covers have a zipper and are therefore easy to change. Personally, I just don't like the combination of colors that much. I like to work with a reflector that has gold on one side and silver on the other. That is not possible with this set, as the starting combination here is silver and black. To use the gold-colored side, you have to turn the cover over, then one side is gold and the other side is white.
In terms of workmanship, I would say you get what you pay for. Especially with silver and gold, you can see quite a lot of wrinkles, which can also be noticeable when lighting. I have had reflectors that were not so sensitive, i.e. had so many wrinkles after unpacking, but of course they were also a lot more expensive. Another nice feature is the loop with which you can secure and hang the reflector.
