Pictures lose sharpness, it works good, but you change quality for non reflections

Great filter for those overly bright days. The threads were well machined and easy to put on and off. No issue with back threading when using the rotational aspect of the filter. My lens cap fit, although one was supplied. I have a spare now, always handy.

This polarizer will make your skies pop even on dull days. I consider it essential. Recommended.

I did not notice any color cast when using the filter. We had a scene in my film where we were shooting looking at a car. This did a good job at cutting down the reflections and glare. I question why I did not get one sooner. This is a good value for the lens, comes with a cap and leash. The cap is ok, it works as expected but I have a few that I like better but a spare is always nice. The leash is not useful in my grab and go rig, so I tend to just toss it in the bag of 'random camera accessories that I might use someday so I need to keep around'

This circular polarizer is very nicely made. It's very easy to dial in your level of polarization and the build feels solid. This costs less than the equivalent filters from the big names like Hoya. I have a few K&F Concepts items now and they have become a name that I completely trust. You can't go wrong with this filter.

I'm a beginner, so this is the first filter I've ever bought but so far it works really great! I was worried it was really gonna be visible around the edges since that seems to be a well-known problem for my camcorder (FDR-AX43A), but it's been just fine. It's super slim and fairly easy to take off too.
At first I didn't read the instructions or anything so I went ahead and tried to remove it by turning the base ring, and that didn't go to well. I ended up using a rubber band to turn it. I did another test run to see if I could just leave it a little loose so that I don't have to go through all of that again, but then I realized that the outer ring was changing the pressure... The entire process was a waste of time when it was already made easy for me right there. I had to clean off a little bit of the skin that got shredded off my finger tips, but at least I figured it out.
9.2/10 for me. Would be a 10/10 if the lens cap went in easier or made a clicking sound of some sort, but I'm still not sure if they usually do or not.
Update* I thought it was my display resolution at first, but when I started transfering the pictures to my phone I noticed that the image quality does seem decrease a bit when the filter is on compared to when it's off. Took a star off for now but luckily I have a step up ring arriving soon for some bigger filters I had bought which I hope will be clearer
