This is a nice filter and at under $15 at time of ordering, it is also a great value!

Any type of filter added to a lens can potentially add distortion or diminish image quality. However, unless you are a hard-core pixel-peeper or test optics for a living, this doesn't noticeably reduce anything other than glares. For me the elimination of reflections, glare and this CPL's ability to add some depth to blue skies are so helpful that it would counteract any distortion anyway.

I have it on my 18-300 walkabout lens and there is no vignetting at all, even at various apertures. Rather than messing around with step-down rings, at this price and quality I will be getting these K&Fs for all my lenses.

I take a lot of landscape and animal photography. One thing always present in those pictures are, the open sky and a possible water source. I wanted to test a new CPL filter and see how it fared. Truthfully, I couldn’t tell much difference between my previous one and this one, probably because they may be in the same quality and price range. I am sure someone with extremely keen eyesight will be able to pick up the issues, but that eyesight has not blessed me.
As for the filter, it does as advertised, it reduces the glare from the water, and makes the sky’s colour more acceptable. Ofcourse, I still go one stop to the left when the sun, and all the glares are at its highest, as my highlights were still blowing out, but then again this is not an ND filter. This is a fine filter in my opinion.

I didn't notice too much reduction in image quality, and even if there was, the effect of the filter makes up for it. I'm pleased with this filter.

The &F Concept 52MM Circular Polarizing Filter is a great addition if you’re looking to enhance your photography game. The ultra-slim design is a nice feature—it won’t add much bulk to your lens, and the Japan optics deliver solid image quality.

The multi-coated surface does a good job reducing glare and boosting contrast, which is particularly useful for landscape shots or when you’re photographing through glass. The lens cap is a thoughtful inclusion, keeping the filter safe from dust and scratches when you’re not using it.

If there’s a downside, it’s that the filter might not be as durable as some pricier options. It’s functional and does the job well, but you might need to be a bit careful with it. Overall, it’s a solid choice for amateur photographers or those looking to improve their shots without spending a fortune.

Having a slim CPL is great! The texturing on the edge of the filter makes making small adjustments very easy. Great filter

This 49mm Circular Polarizer Filter with Lens Cap fits perfectly on my 49mm sized lens, and it also works with any of my lens sizes that can size up or down my lens.

The CPL is great and does not easily scratch

This polarizer is a good value. It doesn’t darken as much as some other polarizers I’ve used, but it does significantly cut down on reflections. There is a slight warming effect or orange brown color cast, but most of the time outdoors I actually like it. The color cast isn’t noticeable unless you compare images with and without the filter. The filters are glass and the filter ring are probably aluminum, not brass, but I don’t think you can expect brass at this price. I have one lens with an 82mm thread and can't justify the cost of higher end filters. The lens cap is okay; it’s nice to have a backup. I’ve always been happy with K&F and I recommend this as a great budget filter.
