This is yet another fantastic filter set I have gotten from K&F. They have always been wonderful in the past and very helpful customer service unlike most other companies I have dealt with. Would highly recommend trying this set out, and would always recommend to go big and then get step up rings to adapt to all of your glass.

I love this kit! I have used filters from K&F Concept for years and I always appreciate their quality. This one includes several useful filters, and lens caps. I love having extra lens caps, since they are so easy to misplace or drop. I use UV filters to protect my lenses. I have them on all my lenses because I don't want to scratch the glass. The CPL filter is my favorite, by far. I love using it for increasing contrast in cloud photos. And when I photograph water, I use it to minimize glare. I've been trying to photograph migrating salmon and the glare often interferes with the photo. This filter is the answer to that. In my experience, all the filters I've tested from K&F Concept are high quality. They are made of materials and glass of the best quality. The threads are always perfectly cut so that they go right onto my lenses with no issues. You also get everything you need to maintain them. The kit comes with the plastic storage cases. You also get microfiber cleaning cloths. There are even lanyards for keeping the lens covers from getting lost! This kit is a great value and you can't go wrong purchasing this one.

PROS

-all filter rings nicely made: knurls make them easy to screw on and off, and their threads don’t bind
-useful accessories (always good to have extra lens caps!)

CONS
-a bit of a colour cast in the ND filter (though this is to be expected, with such a dark filter)

NOTES
-I personally never use protective filters (neither clear, nor UV), but I do have an aunt who does, and just got a new lens with an 82mm filter size, so this will be perfect for her.
-none of my present lenses have filter sizes larger than 77mm, but I use step-down rings to fit these. I got the 82mm because it’s likely I’ll be buying a lens in the future that _will_ have an 82mm filter size (a bonus: less chance of vignetting, even if I stack filters, if I use them on my smaller diameter lenses).

Perfect filter for photography.

This 77mm lens filter kit has exceeded my expectations in every way. I have some K&F Nano X series which have many more layers of coating but find that these D series perform quite well. I would guess these are all aluminum and they can at times be a pain to remove from my lenses but that is not a problem unique to K&F.

I don't have any desire to use a UV filters as I've never found any benefit and have definitely seen the downside from odd flares, reflections, and other issues. I did throw this one on my lens to ensure it wasn't outright terrible but other than that it will sit on my shelf for eternity unless I expect to be blasted by sand or something that really requires protection.

I am not an expert at ND filters but this 1000 seems to darken things up as much as expected and the color impact is within reasonable.

CPLs I actually use a fair amount. I am not noticing any extreme color cast from this one. Rotation is not the smoothest ever but it's slightly tighter than the bargain basement filters which is good for holding the setting. It's just as thin as the X series CPL with plenty of grip for adjusting.

Great quality filters for the price. Work great. Quality. No issues or complaints so far.

…and those wishing to shoot wide open in bright sunlit situations

Weight and heft: barely discernible

Quality: I have come to expect (and not be disappointed) by K&F Concepts offerings. This set of 3 filters is no exception

Bonuses: two extra lens caps which are superior to Canon's OEM offerings in terms of quality (in my honest opinion). I have swapped out the cover for my 24-70 to one of those provided with this set for taking on shoots with me

Do you need these filters? If you are shooting landscapes and wish to reduce glare or increase your shutter speed…yes. Do you want to shoot in full sunlight at wide open apertures the 10 stop NDL lens is necessary…yes.

The value is there. The quality is there. I think that for the first 20 years of my business I chose not to cover my lenses with filters but I've been seeing the light on this topic and understand the necessity in doing so. L glass…or not…

Really nice and well made filters. Thread well onto my lenses and function as intended. These filters allow you to shoot really bright things without blowing out all the highlights. The lens caps are a nice bonus and the kit comes with a couple little straps also.

K&F always has a good selection of photography products. This product includes CPL and ND 1000 filters. As always, cleaning clothes are included. A lens cap is also included. Adding this filter does not affect the picture quality. CPL is a very important filter that can reduce unwanted reflections in the photo.
