52mm Explosive-Proof MCUV Lens Protection Filter 28 Multi-Layer Coatings Ultra-Slim HD Waterproof Scratch Resistant Nano-Xcel Series
SKU: KF01.2742
I have bought three UV filters from K&F. It has 28 coatings, therefore it is able to achieve transmission of 99.8%. The price was great. Only recently the price has increased a lot, and the MSRP is doubled also, even though they are still sold at a reasonable price.

K&F may not have the cache of the big names in the filter market, however, if you're looking to protect your fancy new lens at a reasonable price, look no further than K&F
Most people invest in UV Filters to protect the front element on their lens, rather than the optical benefit that a UV filter provides.. But aside from the protection, you want a filter to do 2 things. First is to fit and thread onto you lens without a problem. The second is not distorting your images in any way....
After using K&F on most of my Nikon Z lenses, that the filters work flawlessly. At a reasonable price point.

I can't speak to the explosive protection of this lens since I haven't experienced any explosions, but it's a nice layer to add protection. So far so good

Review rate this high for mid level glass filters. I have never had problems with them

Recently bought a new lens and needed a UV filter to put on it. Frankly the UV filtering is a bonus - its some of the cheapest insurance you can get for your lens. The UV filter protects the lens threads, as well as the front lens element itself. In 30 years, I've had two incidents where I might have scratched the lens coating or damaged the lens itself, but my UV filter saved me. Okay, its not a B+W, but those are around $100-150 (I have one on my 70-200 2.8), and while nice, I don't see that it does any better job than this K&F - the K&F doesn't appear to shift colors at all, and I don't see any clarity difference between this and my B+W. Recommended.

I ordered this K&F Concept 82mm Explosive-Proof MCUV Lens Protection Filter as my UV filter more for it's water resistant properties than concern about explosions. However, since I'm often using it at edge of the water by rocks impact damage is something to be legitimately concerned about.
So far I haven't had to test it's impact performance and only challenged it mildly with sea spray. It's performed well, easy to gently wipe off whatever drops or mist hit and keep shooting. Does a good journeyman's job of filtering UV. An excellent value.

The K&F Concept 49mm Explosive-Proof MCUV Lens Protection Filter is an excellent addition to your camera gear, especially if you’re serious about protecting your lenses while maintaining high-quality images. With 28 multi-layer coatings, this filter ensures clarity and reduces reflections, making it perfect for both 4K and 8K photography. I love that it’s ultra-slim and lightweight, so it doesn’t interfere with the camera’s handling or add unnecessary bulk.
The waterproof and scratch-resistant design is particularly impressive, offering peace of mind when shooting in challenging conditions or on the go. Whether it's protecting against accidental drops or harsh environmental elements, this filter provides a robust layer of defense for your lenses. The Nano-X series also means top-tier performance, with minimal impact on image quality—perfect for photographers looking to get the best out of their equipment.
