Pros:
- appears to be good quality with good workmanship
- it's super light but still sturdy
- the default set up is for Go Pro or Insta 360 but it comes with an adapter for other action camera
Cons:
- no instruction manual
- there is a warning that says "don't over twist the locking mechanism". The problem is that the locking mechanism is not very intuitive and people could easily over twist it

This product was sent to me for review, as part of Amazon Vine. The below is my own real-world experience of using it.
In terms of build quality, it has a very robust construction - the carbon fibre elements feel sturdy, with a sleek finish. Given that you can extend the pole up to three times its original length, I found the movement of this to be smooth - no sticking or jamming up, making it easy to put away, too. It is finished off by a large, rubber handgrip that has a twisted texture - this feels nice in the hand, whilst its surface area makes it less likely that the selfie stick will slip out of your grasp.
I did find that the 'teeth' attachment used for connecting an action camera were a little tighter than I felt they should be, but did not ultimately stop me from being able to put my DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro on the stick. Panning my camera was easy, and had less wobble than it might have done, had I only been hand-holding it.
In summary, a good value item that I will continue to use.

✅ Very sturdy (it says it's carbon fiber, and I have no reason to doubt that)

✅ Compatible with a number of action cameras, plus more with the included adapter
⛔ No instructions
⛔ No feedback on the locking mechanism. You just twist it clockwise until you can't anymore, and that's locked; the problem is that's not a lot of twisting, so at first it very much feels like you're doing nothing. This is the sort of thing instructions could've explained! Unlocking, on the other hand, does have an audible click.
⛔ While it does have a screw hole on the underside for attaching tripod feet, they're not included, you'll need to buy them yourself (search for "tripod base for monopod")
Up to you if you feel like this is worth £37.99.
