Well made and not had any issues so far. Threads are nicely milled. Even with my greasy sweaty fingers I've not struggle to screw and unscrew

Bought a whole set of filters and realised that not all lenses are the same. This saved me buying a further set of filters in a different size. I only use one of the rings but it saved me a huge amount of money. Build quality is great. remember always turn opposite direction of way to tighten before you tighten to ensure thread alignment. Finger tight no need for muscle

I used this to fit the mounting ring of a macro flash ring to a lens with a different thread size. It is perfect for something like that.

I'm giving this item a 5 * because it is well made. The metal quality and finish appear to be very good and I couldn't fault it from close inspection. Unfortunately, I have to return mine as it was not suitable for my purpose. I bought a 82mm ND Filter to use with the step-up ring stack hoping that this will be a "one-size-fits-all". Unfortunately, there was just a blob (of darkness) in the middle of the image especially at wide angle. The considerable distance built up with the step-up rings between the lens and the filter may have something to do with the blob. I just couldn't get an edge to edge ND on my image. I reckon that the filter would be OK if used without step-up rings.
