Good Camera
Good Camera with very clear pictures, day and night. Solar panel to recharge the battery is a brilliant idea. No cloud storage to pay for is a big plus and makes up for he only minus point. There is a slight time lag in getting the picture. But would certainly recommend as a moderate cost security system.

Love the solar charging, great quality footage
The ultimate security camera for outbuildings and places without power. The BORUN outdoor security camera with solar panel is a great device for protecting outbuildings from unwanted visitors and recording the events if anyone breaks in or targets the building anyway.Installation is very simple because it needs no wires at all, simply screw in place and attach the solar panel nearby wherever it best gets the sun. The device has a large battery that is constantly recharged from the solar panel ensuring all year round power without any need to remove the camera, remove the batteries and recharge it.Setup is simple and done via the phone app and doesn't take much time at all and the only thing you need to do is ensure good Wi-Fi coverage to be able to get access to the cameras live stream from anywhere in the world, but also get notifications if there is motion detected near the camera. The device is IP66 rated so can withstand the scottish weather and it's a good quality device overall.Price with solar panel is reasonable and personally I think it's good value for money.

Resetting the device only resets the network configuration of the camera, but cannot change the configuration in the APP. To delete the camera, you need to log into the APP to delete it.

It is recommended to insert and remove the SD card after power off. Check that the SD card is normal and usable and that it is in FAT32 format. If the cellular network or the device network is unstable, the APP will also indicate that the SD card cannot be recognized.
