Very nice filter.

Fit and finish is top notch. I enjoy having the little doo dad on the filter ring for turning it effortlessly and minimizing lens shake.
The ND filter part is more than adequate for the intended purpose...portraits.
The 1/4 mist diffuser is what you want for portraits. The image still remains relatively sharp, but just takes a 'touch' off of the facial features.

Images provided....the image with two black smudges added is the image with the filter on. The non smudged image is with the filter off. All settings are the same for both images. Notice the 'D' (focal point)...sharp, but just a smidgen softer. That's what you are looking for.
The case is a cut above as well. I get a bit tired of the plastic clamshells which dominate the market. Not K&F...they give you a nice padded case that looks good and will stand out. You won't have to treasure hunt for it.
They include a full catalog inside as well as a nice microfiber towel in a sealed package.

This filter is worth the asking price.

This filter softens wrinkles, freckles and skin pores, creating a cinematic effect. It is ideal for portraits and videos and gives me a soft and attractive look.
It allows me to adjust the neutral density from ND2 to ND32, giving me the flexibility to control the amount of light entering the lens. It is perfect for bright situations, allowing me to use longer shutter speeds or wider apertures.

What are ND filters:
A neutral density filter, or ND filter, is a physical filter made of resin or glass that attaches to the front of your lens. They can be used on film or digital cameras and block out some of the light in your image. If certain areas are too bright for your desired camera settings. Think of it as sunglasses for you're lens. They come in two types single use and variable. Single use is a set number of sun blocking percentage and variable means you can adjust it on the fly. Usually with a wheel on the filter itself. Variable filters are built differently: they consist of two polarising layers. By rotating the outer layer, you can adjust the light reduction level.

In use:
This is an amazing filter that really helps to bring as much clarity and consistency to you're shots. When you are searching for a specific look. Example: crisp or hyper real footage with shutter blur then you need these types of filters. To achieve the same results in motion for each shot. Within different daytime and weather conditions. The Polarizing aspect really does help with unwanted glare and reduces harsh specular highlights allowing for a cleaner and more dynamic presentation. That looks more movie like in motion. If you are into film and want to use you're camera at it's full potential I strongly recommend this variable ND filters. K&F have a long history of making great affordable lenses and attachments that offer great value, these are no exception. They are light weight and the glass is amazingly clear and offers a high end experience for a fantastic asking price.

This lens really help control the brightness in daytime shooting and adds a nice cinematic glow that's subtle. I love the ease of the ND lever and how smooth it can be adjusted. Would highly recommend to up your cinematography!

I am using the 67mm K & F Concept Variable ND CPL Black Diffusion Filter with my DSLR camera. It is an interesting filter, combining three functions – a variable neutral density filter (1-5 stops), circular polarizer (CPL), and a 1/4 black diffusion filter. The ND filter and CPL filter are controlled by separate rotatable rings. The ND filter ring is marked with five locations indicating the number of stops and does not produce the dreaded X-mark at its maximum setting. The ND filter includes a screw lock to lock a selection in place that is easy to use. However, it protrudes about one-half inch out from the ring, and I am mildly concerned it could catch on something and break. It is working well so far though.

The CPL filter works well to polarize light entering the camera, comparable to a stand-alone CPL filter. The effects of the 1/4 black diffusion filter are subtle and hard to notice, depending on the lighting.

The filter includes a very nice case for storing the filter.

This VND & black mist tossed me off at 1st.. It feels and looks really slick & comes in a nice looking soft leather case & with a free cleaning cloth. But the ND it's self has a brown warmish tint to it and is not just darkening.. I'd rather it just got dark & wasn't slightly brown tinted.
The sliding action though is very smooth & would work well shooting video transition walking from outside to inside or into shadows & you could shift the exposure on the fly. The Black mist is OK & needed these days with shooting 4k video on some cameras that can look way to sharp.
The leather case/pouch is high quality looking, but its soft and bulky & takes up lots of space in my camera kit. Id rather it just had a smaller more study plastic hard case that was more compact. We use these for whats in front of the camera, not to look cool on set behind the camera with a nifty filter case. Function over style in this area would be more appreciated.

I got this for capturing B-Roll outside for my YouTube channel and this has everything I could have hoped for in a lens when capturing footage. The quality of the filter should make K&F proud and is up to their usual high standards. I love being able to carry only one ND filter and adjust the stops I need to get a good video. The price is unbelievable for what they are delivering in this product and it works well on my Sigma lens. The video quality is on par with much higher cost filters I've used.

Great filter set, love that it includes the black mist and a cpl. the turning and locking mechanism works great as well.

I use this filter for my sony 70-200 lens. (My favorite lens BTW). It fits the front nicely. The filter comes off and on with ease. I love the multi functionality. It’s an ND and CPL filter. Fairly easy to use. You adjust the filter by turning a pin knob. Has some heft to it. Can’t put a lens cap on top. But overall, I am satisfied with this.
