WOW what a great compact tripod! It's really well made - heavy duty mount and legs and it folds up very compact. But the killer feature is the phone/tablet holder.

I play guitar and use an amp that has a bazillion "amp models" and effects pedals in it, and it's really best to use a tablet or phone to control them. I had a 10.1" no-name basic tablet on hand that works great with the amp but it was a pain to use without some way to have it stable in front of me either sitting (when I practice) or standing (when I'm with the band). Just note that I think a tablet much bigger might not fit - I'm not sure what the max is. But 10.1 works great so obviously anything smaller as well. The other side of the bracket will hold virtually any smart phone you could throw at it. The bracket is as bullet proof as the rest of tripod as well.

This thing is PERFECT - see photos - and it extends up to 63" tall so TOTALLY usable in either stance.

I'm really impressed with the super-solid build quality for the price.

This lightweight tripod is nicely made. I only had one issue with this tripod, and that was that the screw in adjustments on the center for the ball can be over tightened, it isn't a deal breaker, and I didn't break it. I just torqued it a little too much and noticed that the thumbscrew felt like it popped. I like that it smoothly does panning with the ball head, but it does lack the control arm that other tripods come standard with so I'm not sure how easy it will work to pan video. If you have any issues with wobble around the ball area, make sure to fully tighten the part with the degrees on it in white under the ball fully. The weight of this tripod for the max 63 inches height is what made me interested in getting this tripod. The unit comes with a level on the body, and compass (I'm not sure I'd ever need a compass but if you are doing ham radio stuff and using this for radio antenna direction it might be another useful item to consider in your purchase.). I like that the legs can be angled low going from 80 to 10 degrees so you can get really low shots for doing stuff like night timelapse of the stars. I would make sure you put it someplace where animals won't step on your gear if you leave it out overnight in the dark. I like that this is pretty light weight and has a carry bag along with that two-sided phone holder. You can take horizonal or vertical video/pictures if you have a remote. I plan on using this with my Canon digital camera to hike and take some shots out on the hiking trails because it is so light weight. I'm rating this tripod a four out of five stars, because I think the design should not have plastic thumb screws that might fail at some point later. At just 2.6 lbs, it’s super light and easy to carry, yet it feels solid and stable once set up. The compact folded size (around 18") makes it perfect for slipping into luggage or a backpack, and it extends to over 60", which is plenty for most shooting situations.

The ball head is smooth with 360° panning and a vertical tilt option, making it versatile for both photo and video. The aluminum legs lock securely, and with a max load of 22 lbs, it handles my full-frame and heavier lenses without issue. It even comes with a carrying case, which is a nice extra, though I wish it were a bit more premium.

For the price (around $60), this tripod competes with models that cost twice as much. It’s not a “luxury” setup, but if you’re after portability, stability, and solid build quality for travel or everyday shooting, this is an excellent choice.

I love this tripod! My ancient tripod needed replacing, and I was so happy to get this one. I'm not a professional photographer, but I need a reliable tripod for taking family group photos, capturing pictures of the hummingbirds that visit my feeder, and occasionally photographing the night sky.

This tripod is compact, folding down to 19 inches for storage, and only weighing 2.6 pounds. Its maximum height is 64", which is more than I need. The ball head is easily adjustable and stays put. The tripod is simple to open up for use and fold for storage. It includes a smartphone attachment and a storage bag.

This tripod holds up to 22 pounds, which is way more than I need. It holds my mirrorless camera and 100-400mm lens and feels surprisingly sturdy. You could easily pay twice this much for a similar tripod, so it's a great value, and I recommend it.

I own several tripods, so I was curious to see what a $59 travel tripod would be like. Travel tripods, regardless of price, have compromises to keep them compact and light weight. Inexpensive tripod have compromises to keep cost down. I am impressed at how good this is for the money and I would recommend this tripod to a friend looking for an entry level tripod for photography. On the plus side it does include an industry standard Arca Swiss quick release plate and tripod head, it's fairly compact at under 19" folded and extends to a reasonable 55" with the legs fully extended and the center column not extended. Extending the center column raises the camera mount up to 64", but like all tripods it makes it noticeably less stable. The included bag and phone/tablet holder works well. My tripod arrived with two Allen keys of the same size, most tripods include a small Allen key for tightening the screws that secure the tripod head to the column. The tripod is build from a combination of aluminum and plastic parts to keep it light and inexpensive. The only area where I find the use of plastic rather than aluminum to be objectionable is the quick release (QR) mount on the top of the ball head. The raised hump in the middle isn't an issue if you use the mounting plate that comes with the tripod, but it prevents a camera equipped with an Arca Swiss compatible base plate from attaching securely. I replaced the original QR mount with an inexpensive aluminum mount I had on hand and it improves the tripod immensely. I do recommend this tripod, but encourage you to replace the plastic QR mount with an aluminum one.

+ tiene 4 prolongaciones de pata, lo que hace que se repliegue al mínimo
+ patas de goma que se agarran a todas las superficies
+ las patas son de ángulo variable, de manera que puedes sacar fotos desde 1m60 hasta unos pocos centimetros del suelo
+ el tubo exensible donde va la cámara, se puede dar la vuelta para que la cámara esté entre las patas
+ la bola gira muy suavemente y vale para portrait o landscape
+ compatible con otras placas de liberación rápida Arca Swiss (seguro tienes alguna más por allí)
+ vale para teléfono y cámara (las he probado) además de para tablet y prismáticos (no los he probado)
+ bolsa de viaje, muy importante!

Realmente se nota la calidad de construcción cada vez que lo configuras, hace que mis otros trípodes parezcan endebles.

Y eso en un formato "de viaje": se nota el peso (1.2kg) pero hay que tener en cuenta que hay aluminio donde podría haber plástico, y aunque pese un poco más, seguro va a aguantar todo tipo de golpes además de dar tantas opciones de uso.

Si buscas un trípode lígero, éste no lo es. Pero si buscas uno robusto, versátil y de calidad - aquí lo tienes.

I've been using this tripod for about a week now during my early morning photo walks around town, and I'm really pleased with how solid it feels despite being so light to carry. Its one-hand flip locks are truly convenient when I'm switching between spots quickly, and I love that the ball head lets me adjust my camera angle smoothly without fumbling with multiple knobs. The other day I set it up in some wet grass for a sunrise shot, and the stability impressed me even with my heavier Canon attached. Its inverted center column feature worked great when I wanted a low angle of some fallen leaves, though I wish the legs had rubber feet options for indoor use. Overall, it feels like my new go-to for local photography outings.

I purchased a tripod a couple years ago that had many features, and after my first use, a plastic clip broke inside an extendable tube. I reached out to them as the tripod was around $200, they asked for pictures of the broken piece and I explained that it was an interior piece that broke, I heard it break. That one piece controlled a key reason I chose this tripod. After some back and forth they didn’t do anything about it. There was no sending a replacement piece the entire tripod needed replacing.
I couldn’t return it because it broke after purchase.

I didn’t buy anything from them for a long time. I was only ordering items that would show up available for free for me to review. I have been happy with everything, even basic tripods.
This tripod has some additional features. I thought it would be a good test.

So far so good. Everything works well, it’s sturdy, seems to be excellent quality. I am hesitant to trust it so I’ve been super careful with it. But after some use outdoors when I am moving faster, that will tell the quality. I will update if something breaks! But as of now I do recommend this.

I've known the K&F brand for years as makers of high-quality filters at reasonable prices, and they've brought that same quality to this tripod. I'm surprised at how much I love it!
It's beautiful, and has a nice, smooth surface, and sliding the legs in and out has a pleasant silky feeling with the slightest bit of resistance, which makes it feel premium - which it is. The metal is strong, the leg fasteners easy to operate, and it's tall - which is one of the most important features I look for, because especially when shooting portraits or talking on video, i find a high camera angle to be the most interesting and flattering.
The head is almost perfect. It has two adjustment knobs - one to allow for smooth, flat panning, and the other to loosen or tighten the ball which allows you to adjust the camera angle in any direction. This is my preferred setup, but even at the loosest setting, there's still enough friction that you may not even need to tighten it to hold your camera in place (unless you have a long lens). This is actually the only thing I would change about the tripod, because it may not allow for *perfectly* smooth adjustments while videoing. There's a spirit level and compass which works pretty well, I assume to help you find your way out of the forest after a bridal shoot? This is a travel tripod, after all!
I'm so glad everyone is going to Arca-Swiss attachment plates, as you no longer need to worry about losing a proprietary plate and rendering the tripod useless, and you can leave the plates attached to multiple cameras for quick attachment to various mounts. The supplied plate offers multiple mounting points and positions.
It's relatively light, but not feather weight, so I'll think twice before brining it on a long backpacking trip, but I would rather have the quality and durability than a cheap plastic one which will eventually break.
