The arm clamp or rather the overall item is well machined that offers a choice of 1/4" and 3/8" thread options with the jaws having internal rubber pads for protection so shouldn't mark anything its clamped to. The arm has 1/4" standard screws on either ends that swivel as required, with a quoted maximum pay load rating of 2kgs. The arm is quite compact when folded and so means it’s quite a handy size for putting in either a camera bag or a pocket in your jacket. You adjust the arm to the required angle and then twist the central ‘wing’ type screw up and that’s it - once tightened up, it is so strong plus being quite rigid. I am using it presently to hold a field monitor, clamped to a tripod leg, for camcorder use and it does not budge once tightened up. I have a small tripod made by the same maker and that is also of the same high standard in design and engineering.

Spot on, good solid clamp. nice and light weight and holds the camera well. No issues with this so far and think it offers solid value. Very easy to use and set up and overall happy with it.

I don’t usually over hype camera accessories because they are normally hit or miss, but I will say this Magic Arm deserves a solid 5-star shoutout. I’ve been experimenting with different ways to capture unique angles for my bike videos, and this little arm paired with the super clamp has completely changed the game for me. I clamp it right onto my bike frame — usually the handlebars or seat post — and it stays rock solid even when I’m hitting bumps, turning corners, or just cruising around.

Before this, I tried a few cheaper versions from places like Temu (you know the ones, they look fine in the pics), but they were always either too flimsy, wobbly, or the joints wouldn’t stay put no matter how tight I cranked them. It got to the point where I’d spend more time adjusting the thing than actually filming. But the moment I unboxed this arm, I could already feel it was in a different league. The metal construction is solid — like surprisingly solid — and it has just the right amount of weight to feel trustworthy without being too bulky to mount on moving gear like a bike.

The joints on the arm tighten down really well and actually stay in the position you put them, which is huge for action-style filming. I’ve mounted an phone mount, a small light, even a little field monitor for more composed shots — no sagging, no slow slipping out of position. Everything just stays where I want it. The locking knob feels beefy and smooth, and those orange accents make the control points easy to spot when I’m adjusting things on the fly.

The clamp is equally impressive — it grips super tight onto most things, even tricky shaped objects. This is perfect for bikes or tripod and doesn’t require me to over-torque it to feel secure. In short: this thing is solid, versatile, and absolutely worth the money — especially if, like me, you’ve wasted a bit of time and cash on cheaper knockoffs that just don’t deliver. I’ll probably be picking up a second one soon.

This is a decently made little magic arm (complete with super clamp) for the money. It arrives in a branded card box with a set of instructions that you won't really need to be honest.
The central "turnkey", handily coloured orange, essentially tightens all joints on the arm. This is both handy and occasionally annoying, depending on your application, but for most scenarios it works well.
The super clamp holds on to tripod stands or rigging etc very securely. The kit is perfect for positioning small LED lights, additional screens or external mics and the like. I have a couple of these and they're nice and compact and come in handy all the time.
Don't over exert them and expect them to hold more than they're designed for and they're great.

This product comes in a cardboard box; once opened, you'll see the clamp and magic arm. As of reviewing this product, it is priced at £32.99 - I definitely believe that this is value.

The product is very high quality, great for so many different situations. I particularly find this useful to attach my video monitor to my tripod while taking videos/photos. The 11in size makes it possible to have the monitor in a very nice position when taking photos.

I also found this product quite useful for attaching my Osmo Action 5 pro to my camera to record myself taking photos - I find this quite a nice creative outlet, and this magic arm makes it so easy. It also has a 1/4 and 3/8 screw holes.

The product is made out of a high quality metal and the grip is great. I'd definitely recommend picking this up.

Visually this looks great in real life. Overall it has a very premium high quality look to it. It's a pretty versatile mount and I have used it to added a web cam to the side of my monitor which attached using the build-in thread mount on the arm. It very easy to use and position and is pretty stable. Overall I am pretty happy with it and sizewise it is perfect for mounting things on your desk etc.

A super-versatile articulated arm for photography and filming. The clamp can attach to all sorts of surfaces and the flexible elbow joint and ball-and-socket end joints allow a range of movement and positioning. The all-metal and light construction feels great. It's a useful accessory for a variety of purposes.

This magic arm clamp from brand K&F CONCEPT is a solid extension to my video rig, in which I have a mirrorless camera setup with a cinema lens and all the bits and pieces for that, but what I was really missing was a way to get my audio a bit more focused from above a subject, and so I installed this arm and a hot shoe boom mic onto the camera cage, rather than on the cameras hot shoe itself.

It works just as I had hoped; I noticed that the joints are solid and tightening can be done with a very easy twist. The joints have very little wiggle and so the audio accessories stay in place, which is exactly what I needed.

Overall, the 11 inch arm has a fantastic clamp included if you prefer to attach it that way, though it has both 1/4 and 3/8 inch screw mounts, and enough length to serve my purpose. I am happy with it overall. Comes in orange and black, as is the K&F CONCEPT colour tradition. Great brand, always great products. 5 stars.

One can never have too many magic arms and this one from K&F ranks amongst the best, super strong, well finished and immediately recognizable as a K&F product through the Orange and black colour scheme.
It can take a fair bit of weight though I am currently far from pushing it as I'm using it as a light panel support for my talking head setup.

K&F are a name I recognise from many years back. They produce a range of photographic hardware that I've found to be reliable and long lasting.

This Magic Arm is well built, very solid and operates *quite smoothly. The griping head has a reasonable sized opening that is suitable for the rest of the unit. Not too big, not too small. The articulated arm is screwed into the base of the grip and there is a rotating ring to tighten it up and hold it in place. Like every design that relies on one rotating ring this will not stop the whole thing drooping. Instead you need to tighten the ring and then attach the arm and tighten the base to that. Same applies at the other end. This isn't really a problem, just how things work. Once you've screwed everything together you simply use the knob to tighten the arm and hold everything in place.

I really like the quality of the metalwork especially the colours and the slightly different knob designs which should help you avoid adjusting the wrong one in error.

*quite smoothly. So I found that the rotating heads at both ends felt a little raspy. If you fully back off the tightening knob everything is smooth but I usually prefer to just back off a little to leave some tension and this is when it's a bit rough. Anyway a few drops of 3 in 1 oil on the ball heads seems to have cured all that.

The arm is approximately 200g and the head 100g. In use they are quite rigid and so transfer every wobble, knock and vibration. If you are putting a camera at one end you might want to devise some sort of external damping.
