.. Every now and then we say that it lacks stability.
It is not the worst ever tried, but a reflex with a nice heavy lens let's say it does not hold it perfectly, especially if you use it vertically.
Meh ..

Great bit of kit!
Sturdy, well built, and stable. Perfect if you are tall, and one leg also converts into a monopod.
Good solid ballhead, with spirit level, and Arca Swiss quick release plate, and conveniently, also fits smallrig camera frames and plates.
Strongly made with firm twist lock legs, this tripod should last a lifetime.

This product was actually really amazing. Considering the cost, which honestly I was worried about at first, it is as good as I could have imagined.

As soon as I got it, I popped my D810 (with battery grip and lens) on this tripod (that's some serious weight)! The tripod held out and I was able to take a number of very nice long exposure shots!

Despite its enormous size, the tripod is very light and easy to transport when it is extended. Folded up in the supplied bag, it is also ideal for transport.

Got the tripod fully open today. I was able to get under the hinges with my shoulder without any problems. In the practical test, I used it for lighting and was amazed at how easy it was to adjust and move everything.

5 stars are not enough, 10 is more appropriate in my opinion

Returned the 67" version and got this because that was too small, unstable with thin legs.
This build quality seems better too. The head locks off tighter and the tansverse arm extends out quite far (great for product photography). I had a Canon 6D with an L lens on the end of it hanging at full extension with nothing weighting the tripod down and was amazed it held the weight without toppling over. If you are comparing this to a Manfrotto, just note that this has the arcaswiss plate, which the Manfrotto doesn't. And is also half the price.
I am only marking this down because the price. When you go to K&F official site, you can get quite a discount when you first visit, however Trust Pilot reveals it comes from China and customer service is non-existent.

My brother like this tripod very much. He has been playing with it every since he got it. The stability and light weight was the main thing he looked for in a tripod and this match perfectly.

I really like the SA254T1 from K&F Concept in terms of its very good quality/price ratio. The tripod gives a very high quality impression in all aspects. From the mounting clips on the tripod legs to the padded feet. Details such as the integrated spirit level for alignment complete the very good overall picture. However, the biggest added value for me comes from the versatility of the tripod. Almost all common angle positions and heights can be implemented using the flexible configuration variants. And all with a surprisingly low weight of the entire construction. Absolute top quality.

This is the most adaptable tripod I have ever seen. First of all, it is extremely tall. I'm 6'3", and when it's fully extended I can't reach the camera button to take a picture. If I wanted to take a picture with a crane with whatever I had handy , that's what I would use I could actually I use the remote I bought with my camera years ago The monopod option seems a bit fancy but if I had just enough room to pack one (pod?) be both It has a 90 degree joint so I can get those product shots up and down, and it even comes with a ball joint mount so I don't don't have to tie my own head. Speaking of the ball mount, it has very smooth movement, so if I wanted to (and you have sufficiently steady hands) I could use it as a stable axis for panning and tilting shots. On top of all that, the legs are set wide apart, so not only can I get extremely high shots, but I can also use it as a very low tripod that keeps the camera inches off the ground. With the 90-degree angled arm, I can even hold the camera sideways and rotate it upside down with the ball-and-socket mount that keeps it nearly level with the ground. The legs spread quite well. I've used legs with a softer action, but they're not bad. It is lightweight and with the bag it is easy to carry. It only remains to talk about the solidity. I would call it mostly rugged. I would trust it to hold my camera, but in windy weather there will be movement in the shot. I can feel a little squirming, and there's more with her fully extended. If I was using it for long exposure photography, I would throw sandbags on the hook. Overall a great tripod for anyone looking for an all in one solution. Highly recommended. a great tripod for anyone looking for an all-in-one solution. Highly recommended. a great tripod for anyone looking for an all-in-one solution. Highly recommended.
