The telescope works and is really recommended for the price. We were a bit skeptical at the beginning but convinced after the first try. All in all, we only had one small point of criticism, the cell phone holder, here it is a bit fiddly to bring the camera of the cell phone with the viewfinder of the holder exactly on top of each other. but for us there is no reason to pull off a star, because fiddling with something works.

Verified Purchase In a nutshell: Good price-performance ratio, works flawlessly. And to anticipate it right away: It is our first telescope, so the evaluation does not take place in comparison to other telescopes. Motivation / expectations: We gave the telescope to our 10 year old for his birthday as an introduction to astronomy. It should be able to be operated by him under the guidance of an adult and be suitable for carrying out simple observations of the moon and, if necessary, stars / constellations / star clusters. It works flawlessly, the price-performance ratio seems very good to me. Application: The assembly of the telescope and its accessories as well as the assembly on the included tripod are very simple and have been carried out repeatedly by us. Even after repeated assembly and dismantling of all parts, everything holds together very neatly, the compression fittings for fixing the adjustments still tighten firmly. The entire construction is reasonably stable, but of course sensitive to touch / light bumps. Operating instructions: This point is briefly described separately here. Due to other experiences, I did not have high expectations of the operating instructions. But I was very positively surprised here. The instructions have 5 languages, I am only referring to the German-speaking part. The choice of words, spelling and grammar are mostly good, and all chapters are clearly described. In particular, the assembly instructions go ahead in well-structured steps and are provided with easily recognizable photos. Furthermore, there are important warning notices first steps (e.g. adjustment of the finder scope), instructions for observing the moon and basic knowledge of how telescopes work. This is exactly how operating instructions should look like. Conclusion: The purchase was worth it: In a few days (or nights) we found joy in the telescope and we achieved quick results with the observations. Recommended for beginners.

I think the telescope is very good and has a very high quality workmanship, also suitable for beginners and experienced users. Quick assembly and handling and, in addition, razor sharp long-range shots with a great design. I personally bought it as a gift and hope that I found the right one: D Well, I can only recommend the telescope, great product! I would buy again.

I bought this telescope after a friend recommended it. I looked around for a while but was nervous about cheaper telescopes because I wasn't sure how good they really were. The initial setup was very simple. The whole thing was packed in a small backpack, which offers plenty of space to make repacking easier. After I got all the different pieces out, it was so obvious how it came together that I didn't even look at the instructions. After assembling, I quickly checked the instructions to make sure I had (had) done it correctly and found them clear and well written. At first I went outside and pointed it to the moon. It was very easy, but unfortunately it was too cloudy to get a very good view. The next day I straightened up inside and pointed the telescope out of a window (this is not recommended as the window can blur the image) but despite the morning fog and the window closed, I got an OK focus and my phone to the Viewfinder mounted to take a few photos (one of which is attached). Still in the early days with the telescope but everything looks fine so far, I think I would have preferred a heavier tripod just for the added stability, but it's a compromise against the weight you have to carry and the tripod provided is perfect adequate, especially at this price. The phone holder is a really nice addition, that means I can take pictures and show my family what they're missing out on, and hopefully be able to haul them out into the country even on clear nights. However, I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone just starting to look up at the sky.

The telescope is really great and does what it says on the tin. Unpacking and assembling takes about 20 minutes - then you can already try it out. It works very well both during the day as a "telescope" - since the image is not upside down - and at night to gaze at the moon. The image quality when observing the moon is astonishingly good, the image is clear and the moon can be seen in great detail ..... I haven't tried other celestial bodies yet. It's great fun and doesn't disappoint! Good quality at a low price.

Great product. Easy to assemble in the dark after a few practices. Loved the backpack. If anything feels tight when assembling then be gentle and start again.Sturdy when up with brilliant views of stars and planets.Just the thing for starting a new hobby- well done.

This is a very nice beginner's telescope that has more than enough functionality for adults. Previously was gifted one that was beyond my pay grade and could never make it work. Probably because I wasn't an astronomer.

A decent telescope for the price. Once you have set it up and got it going then it is really good. Set it up during the day and take your time to get to know it before moving to looking at the moon because it is much more zoomed than you might expect. It is good value and comes with tripod, phone holder and backpack as well as all the bits a beginner will need.
