There is also no memory card included. A micro SD memory card is absolutely necessary for the camera to work at all. A memory of up to 32 GB can be plugged in. A map is included. To insert the card, you have to open the camera and then you will also find the control panel with all connections and the micro SD slot. The camera must be supplied with batteries (8xAA) or rechargeable batteries before operation. Simply open the flap inside. The battery life, if you insert batteries, is long enough. In addition, the camera can be used in mains operation (mains adapter required). The camera is IP X7 and in a camouflaged plastic case. The processing is very good according to the price level. All functions described work perfectly. Night shots come into their own thanks to the IR lights. The camera can be mounted on a tripod or on the wall. All necessary parts are included. The triggering when moving works excellently. And the camera is really reliable and fast. Conclusion: I am very satisfied with the product. All functions described work perfectly. The camera made a good impression. She survived. These images are in color during the day and black and white at night, which is also good for the price of the camera. The wildlife camera is a fire hazard. After receiving the package, I used the included memory card and eight new Varta Longlife batteries. I ran the test mode at the kitchen table. It smelled like burnt plastic. I tracked down the smell and saw that the plastic of the upper battery compartment was beginning to warp from the heat and smoke was rising. I immediately removed the batteries. All the negative poles on the upper compartment showed that they had simmered. The batteries were accordingly warm. I would not operate this unit anywhere without supervision and a fire extinguisher nearby. Go back.
