Lens are not fully supported all support is hit or miss. My 18-35 1.8 Sigma worked perfectly however my 70-200 sigma dg os did not work at all. Lens adapter is also very tight compared to mc11. Be aware good product however no compatibility list.

Nutze den Adapter für die Sony Alpha 6400.
Ich habe noch zwei alte Objektive mit Canon EF Mount, ein Tamron und ein Canon L. Beide lassen sich nun mit dem Adapter an der Sony nutzen. Das L-Objektiv wehrt sich allerdings ein wenig und sitzt sehr stramm, was manchmal dazu führt, dass die Kontakte nicht richtig sitzen. Das hat dann den Effekt, dass der Autofokus nicht funktioniert und auch die Blende komplett offen bleibt. Einfach noch mal runterdrehen und erneut versuchen!
Ich hatte geschaut, ob es ein Firmware-Update vom Hersteller gibt. Die Webseite, bzw. deren Support-Bereich, ist allerdings ein ziemlicher Witz. Für die Adapter gibt es lediglich nur ein Foto, ja, Foto nicht PDF, unter "Manuals & Downloads". Habe gesucht und nichts Brauchbares gefunden.

Lo he probado con todos mis objetivos canon en una Sony a7iv y funciona muy bien, el enfoque en oscuridad le cuesta pero al final enfoca.

Habe mir den Adapter gekauft, um an meiner neuen Kamera die Canon Objektive nutzen zu können.
Leider funktioniert nichts davon.

I had previously purchased several Canon EF lenses for my old and heavy EOS 5D mark ii. Having sold the 5D a decided to take a gamble and buy this converter. All my Canon lenses can now be attached to the Sony and the results are extremely good. Auto focus is fast, though it can struggle a little in low contrast situations. In such a situation it is easy to set to Manual focus. I've tested the following Canon lenses with great success.
EF 100mm f/2.8 macro
EF 50mm f/1.8 a cheap lens but really sharp results
EF 28-105mm f/3.5-4.5
EF 17-40mm f/4 L series
EF 24-105mm f/4 L series
Canon Extension Tube EF25 ii works too!
The only other slight negative is that the lens image stabilizer doesn't seem to work on those lenses that have it.
The other advantage is that there are lots of Canon lenses available in the second hand market. Why buy a new Sony lens when you can get good second hand Canon ones!

Seems very solid, autofocus works quickly and reliably on my XT30ii with Sigma 18-35. I can recommend it - especially for the price.

Betrayed by the age and weight of the bodies and lenses, I bought a lighter and more modern Sony body. The Canon 28-105 USM was a faithful companion, so I can keep it thanks to this adaptor ring.

Meine Canon Objektive fokussieren leider ewigkeiten wenn ich sie auf die Sony “adaptiere” ansonsten wertig.
