The lid does what it is supposed to and replaces the original 100%. Of course it's cheaper too.

It can also be attached when the lens hood is attached backwards and the UV filter is screwed on. Consequently, the optimal protection of the lens during transport and when the camera is not in use! It's definitely worth the price!

Unfortunately, I had lost my cap and decided on the original instead of a replica. Of course, this holds perfectly, but you also have to accept the slightly higher price. But if you've bought a camera and lens for a few thousand bucks, don't skimp on the cap.

A lens cap with thick plastic. Clamping mechanism is very strong.But what's the point of transparency?

The lens cap is a replacement for the broken original lens cap. It serves its purpose. 5 Stars
