WOW the other vine reviews cover this item so well I will only add that after trying to use it several times I found it doesn't tilt down far enough for me. I ordered this to help me do Vine reviews, so often I have something on a counter or ground (garden stuff) and I end up having to but something under the back leg to tilt the camera down. I'm sure it will work for other 'level' items, it's just something to be aware of. I like a couple of others was expecting a tripod that could extend to 23" - and it DOES - just have to use a bit of force and figure out where to 'pull'
Since there were no instructions, other than instructions for the remote, it took a while to figure out that it did really did extend, I thought I received a different model LoL - I would make some sort of holder for the remote - I will likely never use the tripod without the remote so what I did was use the hand strap to 'connect' it to the tripod, otherwise when I need it I will not be able to find it.
I think I can make this work for my needs - I actually got the tripod to help with reviews LoL...

This is a very small selfie stick as well as a free-standing tripod. It has a ball head with standard ¼ inch screw for photograph devices. It comes with a phone holder and a GoPro holder that can be mounted onto the ¼ inch screw.
Although it is very small, when fully extended, it can reach to a height of 24 inches. This is pretty high compare to how small it is. Its pole has 6 sections of metal tubes. Feels sturdy and strong.
It has a remote control for taking photos. There are two buttons, one for iPhone, one foe Android phone. It needs to pair with phone via Bluetooth then press button when need to take photo. It uses a CR2032 cell battery, with a button located at side to turn on or off.
Due to the design of the phone holder, it has two mounting screw sockets for diff scenarios. When taking portrait photo, it needs to be mounted sideway. For landscape, it can be either on top of the tripod or sideway.
Recommend if you have tight space in travel bag, or need a tripod easy to carry around.

Ideal selfie stick for travel. Incredibly light and can be used in tripod mode or like a selfie stick. Variable height and comes with cell phone attachment and action camera attachment. The ball joint head allows easy adjustment of angle and holds firmly in place using one hand tightened screw. Includes remote for wireless triggering.

This K&F Concept Phone Tripod, Selfie Stick for iPhone is great for a portable, on-the-go tripod and works just as well for profit shoots.
I do small table set ups and find that it works - though the tripod height isn't that high, so this type of use is limited. That said, it's a great go-to for when you want to grab that selfie, video or podcast, or simply want to void unsteady photos. The tripod unit itself is a pretty lightweight piece. When you add just one of the three head types (for iPhone, Go Pro, or DSLR) you will notice the uptick in weight, but nothing bad. It is when you get the actual camera on that you feel the weight shift - of course.
In our case, we use covers/cases on the iPhone for protection and would rather not remove that (see photos) Additionally we have PopSockets on, so that too adds room taken up on the back. The PopSocket cannot be removed, so we have to adjust the camera's location on the tripod and as you can see in the photos, that sets it very low on the holder. So far this has not been an issue - We'd take the case off if we needed to adjust that - but keep in mind that while a case/cover is not an issue for setting into the holder, be aware other things attached to your iPhone might get in the way.
The tripod itself is well made and the materials seem sturdy and strong - meaning there is longevity here if taken care of. I like how it stands, the pull out/in on the legs is a little tight, but you want it that way or it'll be falling open when you don't want. And holding it as. hand grip is great - again taking note of the weight of the iPhone on/off the handle.
That leaves the Selfie Stick. Well hidden in the handle of the tripod, the selfie stick is an antenna type or telescoping. That is one that you pull the end up and out of the handle for a great length - at least for us. Here you're really going to notice that weight and any shift off the center of gravity for that weight based on where you place the iPhone into the holder. We are not selfie stick people, but we would have to remove that case in order to have it placed right for balance (see photos).
Honestly, overall this is a great set. The K&F Concept Phone Tripod, Selfie Stick for iPhone offers a well made product with good materials, well designed for everyday use, and gives you a few options for type of camera. The weight of the tripod is really very good, but it's in the added weight from your camera that will alter the weight and distribution of weight. But overall we really like this K&F Concept Phone Tripod, Selfie Stick for iPhone and have every intention of using it often.
