For battery replacement of GoPro 9 I would recommand these batteries, lasted 10 minutes than my OEM battery which i guess must be getting a bit tired from years of recording.
The base can charge 3 batteries at the same time and although no power supply included it can be plug into any phone charger or fast PD charger.

What I liked:
• Fit GoPro hero 12 seamlessly.
• Good battery capacity 1730mAh and two batteries included. I will not run out batteries for a day trip.
• Charge up reasonably fast.
• A charger is included which is very helpful for charging up to 3 batteries simultaneously.
• Multiple safety features as stated.
In overall, the build quality seems to be good. The charger with three channels is awesome to charge 3 batteries at the same time, instead of charging through GoPro camera one battery at a time. It allows me to have two extra backup batteries on a trip.

If you've got a GoPro you'll know the biggest issue is battery life, and need a good supply of spares in your bag.
These work fine, though I'm not sure yet if they last as long as my originals, but I'd probably need a few more power cycles to know for sure. The supplied charger works pretty quickly from a standard USB port so that's handy.
Not a lot you can really say about something as simple as a battery really, other than they seem to be a good alternative to the originals at a reasonable price so I'm happy to recommend them.

This set of two third party party batteries for GoPro have virtually identical specs to the original batteries (3.85V 1720 mAh 6.62Wh vs K&F concept 3.85V 1730mAh 6.7Wh - see picture attached). The charger works well with both original and third party and can charge 3 batteries at the same time - very useful during travel. The battery fits well my GoPro Hero 12, which I assume means that they will fit Hero 9-12 models as well. No issues so far using them.
