Using this for my Dwarf 3 smart telescope and it makes it some much quicker and easier to set up! ... a bit expensive, but your glad you paid the extra when you are out in the cold and need a quick set up!

I've never used a geared tripod head before but I've been struggling with my previous tripod head handling weight, so I decided to have a look at this one. First things first - it's rock solid. The second you put something on this and adjust it, you feel like it's not going anywhere and that's fantastic. Something to note is that this is much bigger than a lot of tripod heads I've used but its so versatile that you won't care - it gives you so much adjustment opportunity. The adjustments are really easy to make and you might get dragged into overthinking them like i managed to - but as I say, once they're selected you're locked in. Your videos/photos will be exactly what you wanted, with no sag in the tripod head at all.

A 3-way mount that allows minute adjustments is very smart. If you can figure out which way all the knobs go. lol.
