K&F for the win! I’ve owned a few K&F filters and accessories, and they’ve always delivered solid quality without breaking the bank. This kit is a little pricier, but honestly, the value you get makes it well worth it.

First off, the case deserves its own spotlight. It feels super premium...soft padding inside, dividers to keep everything organized, and a smooth zipper with a magnetic flap for extra protection. I also love the little details: the loop for clipping it on and the Velcro belt loop so you can keep your filters handy for quick swaps.

Setup is simple: thread on the base magnetic ring, and from there you can snap on the CPL, VND, or black diffusion filter. You can even stack them in any combo you want. The magnetic system is a game-changer, for swapping filters.. literally takes a second with no threading struggles; just pop one off and click the next one on.

The filters themselves are solidly built from lightweight metal. They feel durable enough to survive a drop or two and don’t add unnecessary weight. Image quality is clean too, with no artifacts and no weird color shifts. The CPL and VND are smooth and give crisp results, while the black diffusion adds a nice cinematic glow. Bonus points for the magnetic lens cap that sticks right on. My only small gripe? It would’ve been nice to have a back cap included, but it’s not a dealbreaker.

As a professional video producer, I like to have tools that are durable, practical, and save space in my camera bag. This K&F set was just what I was looking for. Mine is for my 82mm Sigma Art 24-70 lens, which is my primary documentary lens.

You get:
- A screw-on magnetic filter holder. Attach this to your lens, and the other pieces magnetically snap into place without threading.
- A combination ND and polarizing filter. You can use the attached screw to lock the polarizer into position once you've spun it to where you want it, leaving the ND portion free to spin and adjust. When I'm shooting outside I like to keep my aperture, shutter speed and ISO locked, and adjust exposure with the variable ND filter. So the combo ND/polarizer filter is the way to go.
- a 1/4 black diffusion, great for a subtle softening effect for interviews
- a magnetic lens cap. I like this so I don't have to remove the magnetic filter holder to replace my stock lens cap. The K&F cap is metal and feels very secure and protective. It's also quite thin, which is a bonus.
- a well-designed carrying case with individual soft pockets for each piece, with a secure zipper and a magnetic flap. If you're like me and leave the mounting ring and the lens cap on your lens most of the time, you might not need this larger case and can downsize to one or two smaller cases to save space.

If you are experienced with filters of this type, as I am, you'll be fine. Otherwise you'll have to do a little research on proper use. There is no documentation regarding how to use a variable ND in the kit, just a great set of filters. Even the box doesn't really tell you anything. But as with most things in photography, a little personal experience is probably the best teacher.

K&F put together a complete set of the most common filter types, threw in some creativity with a black diffusion, put them in quick swap magnetic frames, and finished it out with a case that holds it all.

There is little to no color cast, and the variable ND is really convenient. I haven't had a reason to use the black diffusion yet, but I've seen photos where it was used so I'm keeping it in mind when planning shots.

The filters adhere pretty good, easy to remove but never yet falling off by themselves even with quick pans or over rough ground. Carrying the entire case on my belt has made me more likely to take them along and use them, and the ND in particular has been super useful in afternoon sun.

This is a darn good filter set. Convenient to use, convenient to carry, and less expensive than buying separate filters.

Love them, a must have for video. Only thing I didn’t see or wasn’t posted that you can’t use the lens hood with it. Not necessarily a negative, but wish you were able to still use it.

Awesome idea with magnetic setup, but there's still X and vignetting on 16-35mm lens even with the step-up ring 72-82mm.

This set comes in a really nice pouch that keeps everything safe and scratch-free. The pouch with everything in it is extremely light. It holds each piece in its own sleeve and packs away small enough to fit in your bag without issues. I don’t have any lenses that take an 82mm filter, but I do have filter rings for each lens. It’s nice to have a single set to keep in your bag like this. Using it on all my lenses, I don’t see any X pattern, and vignetting is nonexistent. The VND and the CPL are excellent. The colors stay true, and the filters work great. As for putting them on and taking them off, the magnets are strong enough to give confidence, but they come off easily with a little tug. I like that the CPL locks in place, and the VND will spin without moving the CPL. Another plus is that the VND has hard stops. I can’t speak much about the black diffusion filter, as I don’t like using that type of filter. I do love this set, and it goes everywhere with my cameras now.

This set is very useful when I take pictures during the day. I have lenses with 82 mm. So, this set of lens filters is sufficient for my needs. Having the magnetic connection makes the switches of filters so much easier for me. I love the ND filters. These filters allows to filters up from 2- 5 stops of light. It's sufficient for me to take pictures during the daytime with some level of shade. I like it that I can adjust the amount of light by twisting the control without removing the filters. That's the positive of ND filters.

I also love the CPL filter. It delivers crisp contrast and rich skies. The skies are no longer blown out. The VND and 1/4 black diffusion are good extras but i don't use them that much.

The build quality is good all around. They feel like metals. The filters don't get stuck. I like the magnetic cap as it's very handy and stays put, even when I put it in my camera bag.

I am very impressed with this filter pack. I do both photography and videography with my Canon R5 so having a set where by simply stacking some filters I can go from polarizer to variable ND in one very nice case is very convenient. The filters themselves are well built and don't create a color cast. Well worth the money in my opinion.

This kit provides just about everything you need in filters for your camera/lens setup. Perhaps the only thing missing is a UV but these are often much lower in cost compared to the filters in this kit. The magnetic quick-change system is a significant workflow accelerator. This design drastically cuts down on setup and swapping filters. K&F makes filters at different price points and these are some of their better class of filters. The VND is my most used of this kit, followed by the CPL with the Black Mist only used occasionally. I have looked at other offerings from other manufacturers and they are much higher priced than this kit. For my money K&F makes the best value filters no matter what your budget is.
