This tripod is a great addition to any photographers collection! It arrived in a very professional looking box which is primarily black with orange accents. The front of it has an outline of the tripod in white, with the orange band around the bottom and the K&F Concept branding above it with an orange camera making the letters 'Co' at the beginning of the name. The front and back are identical. The left and right side are also the same consisting of the same logo, followed by the website horizontally. The bottom of the box has "RoHS", the designers, website and the recycling logo whilst the top has the model number followed by the company logo. This packaging is excellent and really puts the company in good light. Inside the box comes an all-in-one carry case which holds: the tripod, an over-the-shoulder strap for the bag, documentation and an Allen key. The bag can be held using the handles that are integrated. This bag and it's contents are very high quality! The tripod is very, very well made using a strong metal. It arrives folded and upside down to show just how compact this can be. It is excellent. Opening and straightening the legs reveal a cloth bag that protects where the camera gets placed which is just amazing. From top to bottom, there is a plate that houses your camera with a level next to it to get the perfect images. This is adjustable thanks to the use of a ball joint which can be loosened or tightened using the second knob down. Following, there is a nice strap to help both carry the tripod and hold it on an angle for images. Then, there is a joint that can be used to loosen the stem of the tripod, in order for the user to flip is upside down and take lower images which is so unique and innovative. I haven't seen this used on any other tripod. After this, there are three legs that are very smooth to maneuver and can be kept in place in three different levels using the clips; to adjust, just loosen the clips then release when you are satisfied. One of the legs has the model number and logo on, one has a foam sleeve and the other is empty. These legs can be extended using the three clips which each expand to make the tripod to stand at around 5 foot. The overall build, colouring and quality of the product has amazed me. Even the weight feels perfect.Overall, I can thoroughly recommend this product to any photographer or camera specialist because it is amazing. I would score this a 10/10!

Excellent quality and value for money. I am not a regular tripod user, but this is easy to set up and use, and most importantly for a tripod, solid.

I was looking for a good solid, sturdy tridod to use with my Nikon P900 camera. I wanted something that was sturdy but could still be portable if needed but I also didn't want to pay over £100. Did loads of research on various models from well known and not so well known manufacturers and then came across this here on Amazon. I looked at all of the reviews here and everyone gave a glowing report of the tripods quality. I live in Malta and unfortunately I was unable to get a delivery here via Amazon otherwise I wold have purchased here. I did go and find it elsewhere for a couple of £ more and was able to arrnage delivery to Malta so bought and it really is as good as the reviews here say it is. I am no professional photographer and haven't owned loads of tripods but from the moment you open the box, this really does just give a feeling of quality. Well made, everything works smoothly and it folds down easily for travel. Not the lightest, but then I bought it to be sturdy, and that is exactly what is feels like it is going to be. There are other models in the range that cater more for travel if thats what you need, and there are models that are a tripod/monopod but I just wanted a good quality, sturdy, easy to use tripod at a reasonable price. Job done!

Exactly as advertised & great for what I want. Substantial feel to the tripod and much better than others I have seen. Great value for money. Good weight easy to carry. Love the fact that the ball head swivels 90o so you can use it for portrait as well as landscape photos. Very pleased indeed!

I bought this stand for an astronomical telescope since at the entry level, the limiting factor in most telescopes seems to be the entirely replaceable wobbly tripod. Although this is a camera tripod, I had no difficulty at all mounting it to a Celestron Travel Scope 70.I'm 6'6", and this tripod extends to a height comfortable for me in a standing position, and is very stable at that height/ Although it has more weight than the aluminium tripod that came with the telescope, it's not at all inconvenient to move or carry. The leg clasps are initially a little fiddly to adjust but easily understood, and the construction is sound and free from wobble - as you'd want.On a more superficial note it's also a very handsome device in brass-gold and black. It's become a permanent fixture in my living room.

Probably one of the best tripods I've ever used let alone owned. really well built and incredibly flexible and durable when out and about. set-up is quick to and is solid when set-up and tightened.

Overall it's a very good tripod. At first I was somewhat taken aback by how heavy it was, but to be fair the weight is listed so no room for complaint and very quickly get used to it - had it on my back for 30 miles cycling yesterday and hardly noticed it. The legs fix in place nice and firmly and fully extended the camera is eye level and I'm 5ft10, perfect.But....as noted by "Siney - 2 March 2016", I find panning SUCH hard work as although the swivel head seems solidly built, the resistance is HUGE and is impossible to modify. As a result it's not smooth, not because of shoddy construction causing jumps, but it seems that the resistance is hydraulic and will move slowly to begin with but extremely slowly once pressure has built up. It is definitely NOT a tripod for sports or panoramas which is a shame as panoramas was one of the main reasons for buying it.Also the legs don't slide up or down very smoothly, there's inconsistency between legs. Minor point in overall usability but that's not something that you would expect of a tripod at this price level. Once extended, fully or partially the legs are firmly held in place, the leg angling mechanism is very good and once you work out (instructions missing) how to invert the tripod it's very easy to use for downward macros. It's not a top quality tripod but then it's not a top quality price, so 4 out of 5 just about sums it up - good tripod for a good price.
