Features
  • * 【1-5 Stops ND2-ND32 Variable】K&F Concept ND2-ND32 variable filter is intended for long exposure and motion blur techniques in changing light. Reduces light intake from 1 to 5 stops without affecting color balance, suitable for mid-day or mild sun conditions.
  • * 【18 Layers of Nano Coated Optical Glass】This ND2-ND32 variable filter, of K&F Concept Nano D series, is made by HD AGC optical glass, a total of 24 multi-layer coatings help repel water and dust, effectively reducing reflection from the filter itself and glare. The surface of the lens is oxidized and sandblasted to effectively prevent stray light from entering and slow down the reflection of the metal surface.
  • * 【Ultra-thin Frame】For the K&F Concept ND2-ND32 variable filter designed with an ultra-wide-angle design, the ultra-slim frame is only 7.4mm and the surface is designed with CNC trapezoidal pattern. Helps increase friction over a large area when rotating, making it easy to install/remove lenses and other accessories.
  • * 【No Vignetting】Due to different lens types and focal lengths, the filter may appear a black "X" cross, but with continued rotation, the shadow will disappear naturally, which is a natural physical phenomenon caused by the rotation of the adjustable ND lens.
  • * 【Choose Right Size】This ND2-ND32 variable filter from K&F Concept is compatible with all 77mm lenses. Please verify your camera's lens thread size before ordering. Your camera's lens thread size will be marked somewhere on the lens barrel or printed underneath your lens cap. This number is always preceded by a "ø" (diameter) symbol.

Nice quality
Nice quality, well made lenses but unfortunately it doesn't fit my particular camera due to misunderstanding the thread sizes also trying to use on my Fuji sw9900 bridge camera.
I'm trying to find a way of attaching it , possibly blue tac ,still working on it .....

Perfect
This is just what I was looking for. It's very nice, smooth ring turning. Build feels solid, but I just need to figure out a cap that will protect it from getting bumped and scratched. I fit it on my camera, and my neewer phone case that you can mount a filter on.

Decent variable ND
Bottom line - would recommend if on a budget

This variable ND filter, as advertised, is only 1-5 stops. As such, I have found it to work well in lower light when photographing waterfalls and streams in very cloudy situations or under a forest canopy - where a 6-10 stop might be too much.

The few outings I have had a chance to use this Ihave been pleased with the results.
I did not noticr any black x across the frame as I have with other inexpensive filters, and this allowed me to take some good photos. In lower light, I was able to achieve the silky smooth water look I was going for without having to do a 30+ second exposure (or high iso) that my 6-10 stop filter required in the same situation.

The build quality, lens coating, and performance is good for an entry level filter, but there is a noticeable difference between this and even the K&F nano-x filter I am also using (but that is also 2x the price).

For those on a budget looking for a lower powered variable ND filter, I would highly recommend.

Great Value here
Over the years I have accumulated cheap ND's to top of the line ND's. I would put this close to the top, especially considering the price.
It's not brass, and the price reflects that. It doesn't need to be as the fit and finish is first rate here.
The outer ring moves smooth as butter, it has just the right resistance.
I have used this for several weeks now on my Voigt 65mm and my Sony 20mm. The filter worked perfectly...zero vignette on the 20mm.
The colors seem natural enough, and the filter is not reducing any sharpness that I can detect.
I shot some macro with it and it passed with flying colors.

You will think you are getting a filter that is twice the price.
Frankly, you are getting the same quality here...at half the price.

Big thumbs up for K&F...again (they have a favorable pattern).

Nice Variable ND For the Price
I regularly use Variable ND's (VND) for filming with my mirrorless camera. They are very valuable if you want to cut light so you can shoot at specific shutter speeds. Most quality VNDs can be quite pricy, so I picked this one up as a backup and I'm happy I did because the quality of this filter is very good considering the price point.

The filter is nicely lightweight. It fits on my lens nicely and tightens well, but is not overly difficult to remove once tightened. As stated in the description, the filter does a very good job of cutting light without creating an X pattern as cheaper VNDs sometimes do. Also, I did not notice any color shift caused by the filter.

The only feature that this filter lacks is the ability to rotate the entire filter so that the user can adjust the overall polarizing effect of the filter. Apparently, this is the main difference between this lower cost filter and the higher end options. But if you are on a budget and need a VND, this is a great option for you.

Love them!
K&F does a pretty good job at making these. I do regret not getting a magnetic one, but using this would not work well. I do like that the ND locks out, so you know when you're at 2 or 32.

Excellent Variable ND Filter
I have needed an ND filter for one of my better lenses for quite a while. I have had less-than-good experiences with variable ND filters, but I have had favorable experiences with K&F Concept products in general. I decided to take a chance on this one. I am pleased with this one – it eliminates the main issue I had with other similar variable ND filters.

This variable filter has a range from 1 to 5 stops, and it is a continuous (smooth) gradient so it can be set exactly as needed for any given scenario. The outer plate turns smoothly but is a bit stiff which in this case is a good thing as it cannot be accidentally adjusted (bumped) like some of the others I have tried. What is interesting about this one in particular is that the plate does not turn a full 360 degrees – it is physically stopped in both directions.

Every other filter like this I have tried has had the problem with the big “X” pattern when close to the maximum darkness setting. I can’t afford really nice, professional grade filters, so this might be a function of using cheaper and lower quality filters. However, I was quite surprised that this particular filter doesn’t have the problem from what I have seen so far, and that’s a huge positive right there. This is claimed in the product description, and it has proven to be true.

The icing on the cake for me is that when I have the filter on my lens, I can still put on my lens cap.

I am very pleased with this filter, especially at the asking price. It outperforms more expensive variable ND filters I have used in the past, and it doesn’t suffer from the big X pattern at even the darkest setting. I can’t recommend this filter highly enough if you need a variable ND filter.

Great for my Panasonic HC-VX981k
I wanted to get better blurry backgrounds on my little consumer VX981 camcorder and this works wonders.
Great quality build, easy to twist and adjust

Great variable filter lens, though with a slight green tinge
A side-by-side comparison between two other N2-32 filters (right side being K&F's, left side and middle competitors) at the lowest setting and at the highest setting.
Under same (fluorescent) lighting, on same white table. Blue tinge could be attributed to the fluorescent lighting, but there's a noticeable greenish tinge on K&F's at N2 setting...for that matter, there is a slight coloring difference on all three, with the smaller middle one(actually a 52mm) probably closest to neutral grey color.

It's not an issue for me, if anything gives me flexibility and choice when it adds to the photo I want it in.
But hopefully provides reference point for others when/whether to choose a variable filter like this.

pay attention to the step up on the filter
feels very high quality, comparable to others that i have that cost more. Good coating on the lens. The adjustment feels fluid-coupled, same sort of drag feeling you'd get on a fluid head tripod. It has firm stops at either end of the range, legible markings. Gave me a slight green tint, but that can be compensated for, as long as you have no further need to adjust your ND level after you've adjusted for white balance and all that. I actually kind of like the look it gives. You'll need to keep in mind that the filter steps up in some cases. I got the 67mm one for a tamron 17-28, and i can't fit both this filter and the lens hood. Wasn't a huge problem for what i use my camera for.
