We have provided two Velcro cable ties, and customers can use the Velcro cable ties to tie the cables to the light stand. 

The horizontal adjustment range is about 0-180° 

(1) Use a tool to drill a hole in the wall/ceiling. (Note: The diameter of the hole needs to be about 2mm smaller than the expansion screw) (2) Install the expansion screw in the hole on the wall/ceiling and secure it (3) Use the expansion screw to secure the base of the wall mount bracket (4) Install the photography fill light or other equipment on the top of the wall mount bracket (5) Adjust the angle of the bracket up and down by adjusting knob a, and adjust the length of the bracket by adjusting knob b"
