(1) Use a tool to drill a hole in the wall/ceiling. (Note: The diameter of the hole needs to be about 2mm smaller than the expansion screw)
(2) Install the expansion screw in the hole on the wall/ceiling and secure it
(3) Use the expansion screw to secure the base of the wall mount bracket
(4) Install the photography fill light or other equipment on the top of the wall mount bracket
(5) Adjust the angle of the bracket up and down by adjusting knob a, and adjust the length of the bracket by adjusting knob b"
