Yes you can. There's a ring on the adapter. Of course it doesn't show any calibration because the attached lenses may be different, but the ring works well with physical stops for each setting..

Don’t forget that it’s a manual lens adapter. Works with full manual lenses. If your lens has no physical aperture ring, you cannot control it from your camera
