The device has a large battery that is constantly recharged from the solar panel ensuring all year round power without any need to remove the camera, remove the batteries and recharge it.Setup is simple and done via the phone app and doesn't take much time at all and the only thing you need to do is ensure good Wi-Fi coverage to be able to get access to the cameras live stream from anywhere in the world, but also get notifications if there is motion detected near the camera. The device is IP66 rated so can withstand the scottish weather and it's a good quality device overall.Price with solar panel is reasonable and personally I think it's good value for money.
