I have several IP CCTV cameras in front of my house for security reasons. It was only recently worth it when someone stole the neighbor's motorcycle.

This camera uses the similar CloudEdge app that some of my cameras run on. So it's perfect if they all use the same app together.

The camera is easy to set up... possibly one of the easiest types to use, to be honest. All you have to do is go through the settings in the app, scan a QR code and you're all set.

Installation on a wall or fence is also very easy. It is no problem to mount it directly on a wall. Simply use the supplied drilling template and screw the bracket to the wall. The camera then slides in. Screw the solar panel bracket to the wall as well, mount the panel and feed the cable into the camera input (micro USB), which also has a rubber grommet for protection.

The image is very clear and detailed at 5MP, which can be selected on the main image screen. Considering it also has PTZ for rotating the camera, as well as an alarm and a voice gesture, you really can't go wrong with this. Using the solar panel, which eliminates the need for a permanent power supply, leaves you with a camera that can be installed in various locations that you normally could not run a cable to. Of course, if you have a power adapter nearby, you can also power it permanently via a USB cable.

Overall this is impressive for the price and certainly a recommendable camera. As long as you have a good WiFi signal, you can't go wrong with this.
