Super fun for kids
I brought these with me when I visited my cousins in a more rural area. The 12 year old loved it. They had been wanting to see some wildlife in their backyard at night and loved using them. They charge quickly and come with everything you need to use them. I actually really like that they don't need batteries because it is annoying to have to keep a stash of batteries around just in case.
I did a little bit of recording and it was easy to figure out. The 12 year old didn't even need instructions or to have me explain.
