I'm not a fan of neck straps in general, much preferring wrist straps, and this is fine with all my mirrorless cameras.
My 5D however is somewhat unwieldy on a wrist strap and a literal pain in the neck on a regular neck strap.
This K&F strap seems to have found the sweet spot, sturdy enough to support the camera whilst being wide and padded enough to spread the load.
No neck pain so far.
