Well, I buy things only if I strictly need them.

►What do you get?
In the box there is a nice carrying case, the tripod and the quick release.

Personally I use the most the tripod and when I need to create content for social media I use also the quick release for my phone.

►How light is the tripod?

Compared to what I have used used so far it is very lightweight. I would definitely recommend this specially to travellers, at 1.33kg it is woow!!

►What is carbon on this tripod?
The tubes, the rest is good quality aluminium.

►The head?
When you see if for the first time it might look small to you but from what I have experienced does a good job. It goes 360 and has marking all around which is very helpful specially for panoramas or wide landscapes.

This really helps me when I have to film from a specific angle and then I rotate the head to get a different angle and i literally take a picture of the angle where the camera was positioned before. Like this I dont have to worry about getting a different angle.
The plate of the head has a nice branding on it, made from rubber which will stop your camera from sliding.
The lock works really well. When I move my almost 3kg camera to portrait mode all the weight goes on one side and when I lock the head it literally stays where I wanted. The rotation of the head is smooth, doesnt glitch to interupt somehow your smooth video.

►The middle part of the tripod?
The lock which is located in the middle is easy to access ad to loose or lock,
There is also the wheel lock with rubber on top which will allow you to make the tripod taller. I strongly suggest to keep that properly locked to avoid your camera to slide down.

►The legs?
These have 4 sections and will allow you to go very specific with the height.
The best part is when you open them they slide down very fast so you dont have to pull them, for me this saves a lot of time, what I alsways do it I unlock all 3 legs from all sections and just let them open. Also when you adjust the height the legs go very smooth.
At the bottom these have a good solid rubber which will prevent the tripod from sliding. I mainly use it in the kitchen where I film a cooking show and the tripod stays ok on the tiles. For this is also use a backpack wiht around 5-7 kg inside to stabilize it properly. There is hook that you use to attach things(like in my case the backpack for more stability).

►How stable is it?
For what I use for, it is great. Now I cannot say anything about taking it hiking where the wind might be a problem.
I use it stricly in the kithen and I move it around quite a lot to catch different angles.

►Why did I buy this one instead of others?
It is very simple, because it is lightweight and compact. Sometimes I have to travel to my clients for food shots and i have to carry with me the gear and I wanted something to save on weight and size. This tripod is what I needed.

►The quick release?
Well build and nice looking also, I would say to use it more with the phones. It is very practical to have it around and I consider a good addition that you get this with the tripod.

►The carrying case?
Nice one!! You can easily fit the tripod(only properly folded) and maybe some other small gear, there is room left.

►Overall experience with this?
Was a bit surprised to realise how light and compact this is. Easy to use and stable enough for my static setup and the 3kg camera I use the most.

►Cons? I didnt find any so far.

I will update this review in a couple of months to let you know how this performs in time.

I have never really been overly fussed about carbon fibre tripods, I've used metal tripods for years and liked the weight of it. When the K&F Concept 67" Carbon Fiber Camera Tripod arrived I was surprised at how light weight it was, The Ball head is the heaviest part of the tripod. Now I must admit i have a low profile KFconcept ball head so i changed it over onto this tripod. The legs are smooth and quick to release and retain and I like how premium it feels.

The tripod handled everything i threw at it. I went out on a four hour shoot do take some star trail shots.. The tripod was that sturdy that I didn't need to align any shots in Photoshop! no camera shake, no movement. It was SOLID.

I took some macro shots and again, no shake and the image pin sharp.

The last one I tried was a 6 minute sunrise shot and again even with wind the tripod was solid. I didn't weight the tripod down with my bag. It didn't need it..

If you are in the market for a new tripod I would highly recommend this one, you won't be disappointed, It's VERY sturdy and I would be happy to and already do use it for my paid photography work.

I am pleasantly surprised at how incredibly light this tripod is. At first, I had a flexible camera tripod and a second more sturdy aluminum tripod (for windy days and short hikes). Now I will be selling both, my aluminum triopod, although sturdy, was a pain to carry on hikes when I was trying to cut down on weight. And the flexible tripod, although lightweight was useless unless there was a branch or something similar to hang it from. Even then, I was nervously taking a photo, while hoping that it could support the weight of my very expensive camera equipment.

This, on the other hand, once strapped on my backpack I barely noticed it. Sometimes I found myself doing a double-take to make sure it had not fallen off. But do not let the weight fool you, this is sturdy, I live in Scotland and this could stand Scottish winds without a second thought. If I was in doubt I would just hang a weight from the hook underneath the center column. And boy is this tripod versatile, it gets incredibly low, high, the angles it holds, it is like watching a yoga instructor go from one position to the next effortlessly. The ball head is very smooth and the camera feels very safe and in place. Again what makes this outstanding is the price point for carbon fiber tripod. I have a mirrorless camera, so I generally like carrying less and now I do not have to compromise for utility for weight when going on hikes anymore.

I bought this tripod to use alongside the Manfrotto tripod I already own. Why would I require a second one, you might ask. Well, the Manfrotto is fantastic as long as one does not have to carry it. Size is also an issue, as the Manfrotto is hardly a compact piece of kit. I needed something light enough to easily carry around on photo walks.

These issues are solved by the K&F Concept tripod: it is a very useful compromise between being tall enough to be useful and also folding down to a pretty small size for transport. The weight, especially bearing in mind its height, is more than acceptable. It is not as sturdy as the Manfrotto, but it is steady enough and it has a hook on the centre column that enables a heavy bag to be slung underneath in order to further boost its steadiness.

The quality of construction seems good and the fit and finish of parts does not look at all suspect; the bag is a well-made item, and this is often an area that is compromised. The shoulder strap could be a bit more comfortable, but this is something that can be upgraded if desired. The tripod head does not have the same kind of feel as my Manfrotto, but it gets the job done.

The best thing about this tripod is the combination of quality and price; I paid £95 and that makes it a real bargain when the functionality and quality of construction are factored in. Travel tripods usually get more expensive as the packed-down size shrinks, and that is pretty much as one would expect, but this bucks that trend. It is light, compact, sturdy, well-made, and inexpensive - what more could you want? The only answer to that is a well-known brand name that will give you street cred alongside the other photographers, but if that does not matter to (and it ought not to) then buy this.

Having spend a fair amount hiking and exploring, I was looking in the market for a lighter weight tripod (i had full-size alloy one ). I find this carbon fiber tripod affordable to buy within my budget. It is Very Light (1005 grams - Verified) so definitely helps for long hiking trips.
All three legs are carbon material which can be adjusted into multiple heights using 4 circular locks on each leg. Each circular lock tightens a leg in clockwise rotation for a particular height and releases the legs to expand in anti-clock rotation. The camera mounts on a plastic made base along with bubble level to align the camera straight. So far I have used this tripod on hiking trip only once and my camera sits without any wiggle on the plastic mount with kit lens, prime lens and telephoto zoom lens.
Each leg has 2 indexing positions which works well for me. My previous tripod had 3 index positions and to be honest, I never really used the middle one so it's not a huge loss for me. The legs extend with a twist-lock mechanism and slides and locks very smoothly, noticeably more smooth than my previous one. I do have a 70-200mm lens and feel I have to be a bit more careful when getting my shots set up because this tripod has a narrower stance than my previous one and with my lens mounted at full extension is a little less stable than I'd like. BUT, given my intended use and how compact and light weight this tripod is, I am very, very satisfied with it.

So glad I've upgraded my tripod, have been using a cheap one for a while and it's about time I upgraded, it comes with so much extra features that get me them perfect shots.

The size of this tripod can go down to an ideal carry-along size that I can take up mountains with me with ease, the ball head on the top is great because it's 360 so I can get them needy shots that I need. For such a small camera it's got so many features, I still haven't figured out quite a bit that are already on the tripod but that'll come over time the more I use it, the metal flip lock is really ideal when you need to lock it lower/higher.
Incase you're wondering, this tripod is fantastic in bad weather conditions, in the UK it's been awful weather in the mountains and I've took this with me and it's been great, none of the features have stopped working which is a big plus when looking for a tripod because some the slightest of freeze can either break it or make the adjustment slower than usual. The build quality is awesome and this tripod is going to last me a good while, I'm that impressed with it I'm already looking at others for my next upgrade.

Set it up to watch the baby monitor holds the camera like it should . In a few years it will be trash like everything else we buy on K&F Concept

Bought this tripod as a travel tripod because of its light weight and small pack size. I've tested a Canon 70D and an EOS RP, each with a 100mm lens, on this tripod, and I'm surprised at how stable it is. Now I put away my little Manfrotto travel tripod and just use the K& F, because it folds smaller and is more stable with almost the same weight.

We all make purchases for a reason, I mean specially in this photo video industry.
I never bought something just because I want it, only because I needed it.
So, why did I need another tripod when I already have.........as I remember 7???

Well, i received a phone call one day from a gentleman who asked me to take pictures of furniture in 30 houses.
Of course I took the job.
So made the list with what I want to take with me and a must was the tripod. Well, the tripod that I use mainly is absolutely great but..........its to big(even folded) and heavy to carry around.
In my backpack there are plenty of things when I go to take those pictures and one day said to myself, you need another tripod, light.....very light and compact.
The other tripod doesnt fit in my backpack so I had to attach it on the exterior which is not a great thing specially that I commute a lot in London
